ENGINE/EXTERIOR The Coachmen Freelander has a 4500 Chevy chassis V8 engine with automatic transmission, power steering, and cruise control. An off-white fiberglass exterior keeps the coach cool during the hot summer months. Side mirrors with bi-view mirrors for blind spot viewing. Outdoor propane housing for easy propane filling and outdoor freshwater inlets to refill your freshwater tanks. Built-in bumper with end cap for your sewer hose and easy access to your black water and grey water termination outlet. The Coachmen Freelander is also equipped with a Santi Flush system for additional cleaning of the dark water tanks. For your electrical needs a 4000-Watt generator and electric 30-amp inlet, with an additional 50-amp converter included with our rental. A roomy outdoor storage compartment for all your outdoor equipment can fit coolers, camping chairs, outdoor games, or luggage. Enjoy a shaded picnic outdoors with the powered patio awning with LED lighting, or watch a movie on the 24” outdoor TV/Stereo/HDMI entertainment center. CABIN The dash includes a radio with a backup monitor, Apple/Android car play, and in-dash air conditioning. USB ports, power windows, power door locks, and three-compartment cup holders. Swivel driver and passenger seats rotate for additional seating while in the living area. ENTERTAINMENT Enjoy a movie on the manual swivel in Cab-Over 32” TV with Blue Ray DVD player, DVDs included. Indoor TV can be swiveled to watch TV comfortably from the dinette, cable connection is also included with your rental. LIVING AREA Gaze out the large window above the convertible pedestal table, as you sit and enjoy your morning cup of coffee. The dinette’s vinyl for easy cleanup, has three seatbelts, a cupholder, and LED lighting that can also convert into sleeping space for one adult. Extra storage above and storage cabinet below. Above the dinette, a roof-mounted air-conditioner with thermostat control keeps you cool during summer. The thermostat also controls the forced air heater to keep you warm during the winter months. KITCHEN Cook some tasty meals, the kitchen has a recessed full-range three-burner gas cooktop and oven. A range hood with light above and a microwave oven. The 12-volt refrigerator and freezer run off propane and electricity and has an automatic switchover: double sink and a pantry for additional storage. BEDS Sleeps 5 adults comfortably, two adults in the queen bed slide-out, two in the over-cab full-size bunk, and one in the convertible pedestal bed. In the bedroom area, you’ll find a custom-made upgraded memory foam queen mattress for added comfort (60”x 80” length). Due to the slide-out, the bed is accessible from both sides. Two windows in the bedroom for dramatic views, storage above, LED lighting throughout, a vent, and a privacy curtain. A storage closet with a drawer below and a hanging rack, hangers included. The upper cab bunk can sleep two adults (57” x 95”) and has a child safety net and, a removable ladder with an added privacy curtain. The convertible pedestal dinette table (42”x77”) can sleep one adult comfortably. BATH A foot-flush toilet and a hot/cold shower with skylight. A wash sink and a bath vent with a wall switch. With the exception of BURNING MAN not permitted. Festival rates, increased deposit, and additional cleaning fees will apply. -Any ODORS, excess dirt, sand, debris, etc., left in the motorhome (with the exception of normal wear and tear) that require a deep cleaning will result in an additional cleaning fee of a minimum of $350. -No OFF ROADING towing or hitch use allowed, and is not covered by insurance.
