Majestic is a 2011 Coachmen Freelander who has it ALL. Come and enjoy a fantastic vacation with all the amenities that Majestic offers. Such as a stove, Microwave, queen, full, and bunk beds. Tons of storage space and just a roomy and comfortable rig. Majestic comes with fresh linens, towels, two coffee makers and coffee pods, a hot water urn, a BBQ grill, camping chairs, cookware, and utensils. We also have a car tow dolly for rent with the RV. Majestic will be clean, and we expect it back in the same way. Therefore, we don't charge a cleaning fee, but if Majestic is not returned clean, we will charge $150 from the deposit to clean it. We will charge a $65 preparation fee, including ensuring Majestic is in optimal condition for your trip. No smoking is allowed. If we detect the smell of smoke, we will take whatever amount is needed to get Majestic cleaned from the security deposit. Pets must be approved before booking. The gas tank will be full and must be returned full. If this is not the case, there will be a $50 fee for fueling plus the amount of gas that it takes. All tanks must be emptied or incur a charge of $125 for emptying the tanks.
