Each of the 3 queen fold out beds have a heated mattress and will sleep 2 adults comfortably. NONSMOKING camper! The dining table makes a bed as does the sofa. This camper comes with kitchen ware. (Pots, pans, dishes, utensils, silverware, glasses and cups.) K-cup coffee maker with K-cups provided. An outside grill plate is included as well as a small prep table. A nice living area will make it comfortable when you are inside to cook, eat and entertain. There is one tv included which can also be mounted on the outside. It has a house refrigerator,/freezer, furnace, air conditioner and hot water heater. Of course, you are camping to enjoy the great outdoors so this camper would be perfect for your weekend getaway or week/month vacation. Our Shamrock also has outside shower to clean off your pups paws or rinse off sand and dirt from your feet. We have loved camping for many years and are hoping you will be able to enjoy the outdoors with your experience camping in ours. Exceptions can be made depending on length of rental and timing of delivery. We are close to Mohican campgrounds (Mohican Adventure and Mohican Wilderness among others), Cardinal campground, Alum Creek State Park and Kokosing campgrounds. Festivals are permitted.
