Please come and enjoy our 2018 Keystone Hideout 308BHDS Fifth wheel camper. This unit is perfect for families looking to kick-back, relax, and enjoy time together in the great outdoors. This unique 5th wheel gives you double slides and separate rooms so that your family can experience all the things that camping has to offer, but without sacrificing comfort and privacy! Starting with the private master suite with queen bed and half bath, plenty of storage for your clothes and belongings, and TV with Roku streaming stick, this camper offers plenty of space and amenities for the whole family! In the main area you will find a U-shaped dinette that lowers into a bed, as well as a Tri-fold couch that also doubles as a bed. Fully-stocked kitchen includes microwave, refrigerator, oven, large sink and 3 burner stove top with exhaust fan and night light. Larger flat screen TV and DVD player, as well as blue-tooth enabled indoor/outdoor audio system present in this area as well. Full bathroom has tub/shower combo, toilet, and sink. Towels and toilet paper provided. At the rear of the camper is a separate private bunkhouse with 2 twin bunks with installed safety railings and twin cube bunk below. Lots of storage for clothes and belongings here as well. Outside you have an outdoor kitchen with a plumbed sink, fridge, and 2 burner propane stove. Also included is a bumper mount grill, outside shower, and large awning for shade on those hotter days. Includes two 30lb propane tanks, as well as outside TV hookups for enjoying the game. 2 doors allow for easy entry into the camper from the front or back. Camper Rules: **Delivery only** *No parties or music festivals* *No smoking* Renter is responsible for reserving campsite and confirming that it can accommodate a 35 ft RV with slides. Pet policy- we welcome small (less than 25 lb) well-behaved dogs with pre-approval and additional fee. Dogs must be crated at all times when left alone in the camper. Any evidence of pet damage or smoking in the camper will result in loss of security deposit. Dump fee will be added to any bookings that do not have sewer hook-ups at your campsite. This covers dumping at the end of your trip only. Any dumping required during your stay is the renter’s responsibility. We do offer a mobile dump-tank rental if needed. This is our personal unit and we’ve made so many great memories in it. We feel that camping is a truly unique experience and want to share it with others.
