Great trailer! Took my kids camping in Anna's trailer and it was fantastic. My kids loved the bunk beds and everything functioned as intended. They took great care to explain everything to me prior to departure. They were also nice to accommodate a last minute extra night added to the booking. Would definitely recommend!
Communication was great. Anna and her husband were effective in sorting out details. However, the trailer is advertised as a 2021, pictures reflect a new unit. In fact it is not. It is a 2018 in rough shape.
Beds are wore out, a random extra mattress thrown on top on the trailer mattress in hopes of creating a comfortable sleeping situation failed. The counters and table were filthy when wiped down.
The awning is horribly dirty. It needs a cleaning to remove dirt/mold. Not nice to sit under.
All in all I was very disappointed and will not rent this trailer again.
A few updates could make this unit much better.
*Replace beds.
*Add RV safe toilet paper and sani tablets.
*add basic utensils incase renters forget.
*clean awning
Trailer was nice and spacious but we do wish communication on how things work in the trailer was better.
