LOCATED IN COCHRANE ALBERTA, just 45 mins from the mountains! Our RV is beyond fun, with everything in it ready to enjoy, it is going to be safe and satisfactory. Sleeping for 8 adults, this unit is perfect for families and pet friendly. The best thing about this beauty is that you can drive it and not have to pull it behind your truck...and its EASY to drive! Sleeps 8 including a bunk over the cab, pull out queen couch, and pull out double bed table, and a queen bedroom (with an upgraded pillow top mattress!) at the rear. We can provide, plastic dishes, linens, cooking supplies, cleaning supplies, camping chairs, and BBQ for no extra charge. There is a generator to allow for dry camping. This unit is easy to drive and has a back-up camera with audio so someone can guide you backwards easily. There is a lot of storage inside and out, a total of 8 seatbelts and the tires are rated for mud and snow. Unit is in great condition with some wear on the couch cushions. (will be re-upholstered in 2024) NO SMOKING, and NO OFFROADING (gravel). 250 km/day included in price with extra kms at $0.45/km. Approximate fuel mileage is 8-9 mpg depending on driving situation. Pickups: standard pickup time is 2:00 pm. Returns: standard drop-off time no later than 11am. Each hour late past the standard (or agreed-upon) drop-off time for returning RV is subject to an additional late fee of $50 per hour (or portion thereof), to a maximum of $300 per day. Earlier or later drop-off or pick-up times may be possible on a case-by case basis as long as arrangements have been made prior. DOG FRIENDLY, not cat friendly. Max 2 dogs. Must be vacuumed afterwards and cleaned up from animals. We do require you to have the RVEZY roadside assistance or proof of a valid AMA/CAA for RVs Please note. It is NOT permitted to have currie or be deep frying or anything smelly cooked IN the rv. While that’s my favourite food the smell lingers to much and makes it unpleasant for my next renters. You’re welcome to have that outside.
