28ft. 5th wheel camper, great for 2 people. Unit is full operational, features an indoor shower and toilet. Refrigerator and stove that run off gas/ or electric. I have sheets and pillows inside the unit which are changed after every use. I also have a charcoal grill in the front storage compartment that is able to be used. Directions on usage will be located on the wall inside unit. This unit is stored at the Myrtle beach dry dock camp ground in little river sc I can also move it to a different campground if you would like
