Home on Wheels is our brand new 2022 Avenger, Prime-Time! The trailer weighs 6,479 pounds dry. For stress-free towing, an anti-sway stabilizer hitch is included. Load up your loved ones and take an adventure in our cozy set up. This rig is the perfect set up for beginners and experienced travelers. We absolutely love exploring and admiring beautiful sites, but we prefer to do that with comfort in mind. Making a home on the road or campsite is what we are all about, and we want to provide that experience for you as well! This trailer is equipped with so many capabilities like comfortable sleeping arrangements (queen size bed w privacy door, convertible dinette, and bunk beds!) Cozy kitchen area with space to cook indoors on our propane stove top. Microwave, freezer and refrigerator to cook and store your food and meals. Clean bathroom includes a full shower, sink, and toilet with added comforts. Outside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, mini fridge, shower, and a sink. It also has a large electrically operated awning with Bluetooth speakers, LED lighting, and exterior plugs. Enjoy plenty of storage! While the inside of our trailer is an enjoyable space we understand what makes a trip comfortable is having some of the "extras." This is why we've decided to be sure you have all the little extras you might not think about when traveling. Our trailer will come stocked so you don't have to worry, just hook it up and enjoy your trip! This travel trailer sleeps 9 *** Free Delivery with 1 week rental to anywhere in Clarksville, TN *** Trailer may not be towed more than 300 miles from Clarksville, TN unless communicated with me. Other things to note Please treat it the camper as you would your home. No shoes on inside the camper. No climbing on the roof. There will be a $250 fee for any evidence of smoking in the camper. Renter is responsible for dumping black water and gray water tanks, $100 fee for returning them not cleaned out. Awning may be used but needs to be retracted at night or during storm, and high winds. Renter is responsible for any damage to awning. Camper must be returned clean. If brought back excessively dirty there will be a cleaning fee of $150
