The only things you need to bring are yourself, your loved ones, and the few items we have listed that we do not provide. We look so forward to serving you and going the extra mile to make sure all of the hard work is handled so that you can relax and unwind! **our fifth wheel requires a 40'+ campsite with FULL hookups to include water, sewer and electric. $500 fee if we arrive and there is no sewer hookup. **See our WINTER discounts, as well as those for extended stays!!!** *****VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION***** Here are a few important things we ask of you, as well as a few things to note. I will ask if you read through these items, and keep proof that you have read and acknowledged them. These items are included in our manual inside of our RV as well. There is ZERO excuse for being unaware of these items. ***THERE WILL BE A FEE FOR BREAKING THESE RULES and/or CAUSING ANY DAMAGE TO SYSTEMS DUE TO NEGLIGENCE. *** o DO NOT ever drain anything but soap, water, or drinks down the kitchen sink o DO NOT ever flush anything down the toilet other than septic safe toilet paper. o DO NOT plug in any high capacity appliances (I.E. air fryer) without unplugging all other appliances and turning off at least ONE AC unit. If you do this, it will trip the breaker and very possibly fry other appliances. You will be held liable for any damage. o DO NOT shower without opening the vent and turning on the fan. This will set off the smoke alarm. o DO NOT smoke anything inside of our RV. We don’t mind vaping. o DO NOT bring any animals other than dogs. o DO get our approval for any dogs you plan to bring along. There is a fee for this and you will be charged for it one way or another. o DO hand wash and dry any dishes that you use. o DO ensure all the information you give us is true and accurate. o DO provide us with an accurate time for checkout from your campsite. We need time to pack up and hitch up for haul away. We are punctual and expect the same from you. o DO give us ample notice if you are to be running late or your plans change at all. We have a toddler who has a strict schedule. o DO keep track of water and tank levels during your stay. o DO keep track of hours you use on generator, we will also. o DO make note and take photos of ANY damage that occurs for any reason. o DO read manuals for Keurig and washer/dryer before use. W/D uses a TON of water and the instructions are not like a normal residential unit. o DO always lock the RV when you walk away from it. o You will be charged the $150 dumping fee if we have to move the unit and dump grey and black water ourselves. If there is a sewage hookup on your campsite, we will dump grey water for you at pickup, at no charge. o If you use the propane in both 30-pound tanks, the fee for refill will be assessed. o Our rental is delivery only. We will deliver up to 150 miles for a per mile fee. o If you add on the generator, you will be charged by the hour for every hour of use. o We have included a manual for your use. DO NOT remove this manual from our unit. Your paperwork is in the front pocket, please feel free to take with you. o We have a running list of every item we have provided. Please let us know if you break something, so we can begin work to replace it immediately. I have added photos of this list and will include it in our manual also. o We clean before each rental, including all linens. We appreciate your patience as we do so. o You will want to add on linens if needed.
