NEW RV- CLEAN - EASY SET UP This is the perfect family trailer that has all your needs - just pack your personal items, clothes and food and you are ready to make memories with your family! The AC is Cold! Our unit can sleep 8 comfortably but up to 10 people when using the convertable couches and dining table. The back bunkroom inlcludes 3 bunks, a convertable couch, and TV - perfect for the "kids room"! For additional sleep space, the dining table and living room couch both convert into beds. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and plenty of extra storage space. We offer full delivery which includes setup and takedown. We are also here to answer any questions you have. If you have any specific needs or wants, just ask we will do our best to accommodate you. When you book with us, we take care of you! We want your experience to be as stress free as possible. With our rental, we provide all the essential items so you don't have to worry about paying for extras. What's included: Bed linens, bath towels, pot & pans, mixing bowls, utensils, plates, cups, bowls, mugs, single k-cup coffee pot, croc-pot, RV toilet paper, paper towels, 6 lawn chairs, lawn rug, 3 TVs, 2 DVD players, DVDs, and card games. Please clean what you use. The outdoor kitchen with mini fridge, and sound system make for great entertainment while BBQing or hanging out outside and playing games! We offer a "No Hassle" gray/black water package. It is the responsiblity of the renter to empty both black and gray water tanks with the provided hoses. In the event that the tanks are not empty prior to the return - a $65 fee will be asses to the deposit.
