Excellent experience. Terrific people to rent from. RV was in perfect condition and very well stocked with no issues on our trip. I would rent again and would highly recommend them. The owners went out of their way to make sure we had a "five star" experience, even providing cold water, snacks, and all the consumable essentials. We just loaded our things and started the trip. We are a retired couple that have owned larger RV's in the past but were looking for a smaller unit to travel, live, visit, and shop in without needing a tow vehicle. We were able to park and drive through smaller streets and park directly downtown in Eureka Springs for example. Having a place to rest, eat, and use facilities gave us great flexibility. Of note, the bed was very comfortable and we both slept better then in our expensive bed at home. (We considered asking to buy the RV just to have the bed available. ;-). Of unique note: Having had to deal with black water tanks in the past, I really liked the smaller removable tank system that allowed quick daily dumping without the mess and fuss of usual RV life.
