2021, 37' Keystone Avalanche, Model 338GK. Well maintained. Sports a full-size, side-by-side refrigerator, 3-top propane burner stove with oven. Double kitchen sink, microwave, with plenty of storage. The bar seats two with bar-style stools, and the dining room sits four with a hide-away extension. The "living" area has full-size hide-away bed couch, two leather recliners that heat and massage, with lower "light-effects" for a nice ambience. Directly across from the recliners is a electronic fireplace which heats,and directly above the fireplace is a large flat-screen television and entertainment system. The entertainment system can play music inside or outside via the external speakers. Enjoy music as you relax under one or two of the awnings and while you cook on the outside cooking area. The outside cooking area is equipped with a small dorm-like refrigerator and a two-top propane stove. Too hot outside? Two inside air conditioning units and one ceiling fan keep this "all area" fifth-wheel style RV cooled. One a/c operates to cool the master suite while the other cools the main living area and kitchen. The main sleeping area houses a RV king-size bed with storage underneath. Next to the master bedroom is the single bathroom with toilet and stand-up shower, sink vanity and mirror. Storage is found under the master bed, front of the RV (a hanging closet across the nose of the RV. Four slideouts: main bedroom, kitchen, and recliner section, all on drivers side/left side, and entertainment section on the passenger side. Extra installed from the RV center are individual slide-out & auto recovering slide covers to keep potential rain or damage from atop each individual side.
