The garage is separated by a wall and door from the main living area and also has its own toilet and sink. The garage is equipped with AC/heat vents and has its own access door separate from the main entry door. The exterior has an 18' rollout canopy with LED lights. A 30 gallon fuel tank that feeds the fuel station for your toys and the generator. Also equipped with a 6 point leveling system for sturdy night sleep. **The ramp also functions as a fenced in outdoor patio that is great for pets or just sitting out and enjoying the weather. The garage and patio can be separated by a mesh magnetic screen to help keep all the unwanted insects out while still being able to enjoy the outdoors.
