There's a mirror with a medicine cabinet for all of your toiletries. There's storage for hanging clothes and drawers for your personal items. For the convivence of boondocking, it has a 27 gallon fresh water holding tank. 13 gallon waste/black tank and a 13 gallon waste/grey tank. We want you to have the best experience possible without the hassle of bringing everything so we have included: silverware, plates, cups, pots and pans, cooking utensils, dishwashing soap, hand soap, towels (kitchen/bath/washcloths), pillows and linen. There are 2 spray ports that can be used to rinse off, one on the back and the one on the side has hot water as well. At night there are LED lights above the doors and on the front of the camper. You are responsible for refilling propane tanks should you run out. We provide 2 full tanks upon the beginning of your stay. The black water tank is 45 gallon, the fresh water tank is 52 gallon, the grey water tanks combined are 90 gallon, propane is 2 40lb tanks, and hot water heater tank is 6 gallon electric and propane. Booking must have at minimum 30A hookup or be rented with one of our generators. Insurance DOES NOT COVER AWNING or any awning parts. Use of awning is not allowed and will be disabled. Any and all damage to the awning while in your possession is the responsibility of the renter. Most damage to awnings exceed the deposit amount. Any fees charged at the end of the rental will include a service fee that it charged by RVezy
