This RV is perfect for your next family vacation. It is a perfect size and easy to drive. It has a great floor plan with large windows to see everything, a slide-out for extra room, and can sleep up to 8 people. There is plenty of storage inside and outside the RV. The RV has a flat-screen tv in the bedroom with a soft queen size bed. The overhead bed also has a flat-screen tv with a dvd player perfect for kids to watch a movie or play and have their own space. The sofa and kitchen table folds down to make beds as well. We provide basic items to use in the RV for the kitchen and all beds. Stored in the room above the bed are sheets, pillows, blankets and towels. This is a non-smoking RV rental with no exceptions. The RV must be returned with the same amount of gas picked up with. There is a cleaning fee for the inside and outside preparation. There will also be a fee if the grey and black tanks are not completely emptied upon drop off. We do not accept rentals for Burning Man festival.

The booth dinette & couch both turn into a bed as well. The kitchen has a farmhouse style sink that has a top cover for additional counter space to utilize as well as a large pantry. There is an outside kitchen that includes a stove, mini fridge, ice maker and cupboards for extra storage. I want to make your stay as easy as possible so you can spend more time enjoying your vacation! All you will really need to bring is your clothes & your food! Everything else will be packed up and ready for you, even 4 camping chairs! I have add on options/fees for some of the bigger items like a portable bbq grill & generator.
