Another big thing we love to do is play a lot of board games, from family friendly board games to adult drinking games. Our Trailer is very nicely equipped with a lot great commodities, from 55' TV in the living room, speakers and bluetooth throughout trailer (inside and out), an upgraded bed mattress inside the main sleeping area, a big awning and more. Sanitization a huge thing for us, after each time we use our trailer we do a full deep cleaning from sheets to kitchen and bathroom.

Stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. Linen provided as well. Outside is a shower and two outdoor grills one is to cook on, the other is a small bbq pit. Our RV is a mid range length type RV. Will sleep up to 8 people and sit 9. It’s not too long and not too short. Perfect for a bigger family that wants more room and yet small enough for an easier drive and parking. It’s also great for a couples retreat. The extra space is always welcoming. We have to say we love how comfortable the trailer really is, comfort is key. Our 2021 Heartland Mallard is sleek and has a modern design with a complete separate door to master bedroom for less disturbance. There is 2 five gallon propane tanks and an easy to clean outdoor mat that provide ground coverage so you can walk around and not be in the dirt. The mat covers from door to door on the trailer. Inside is a very spacious living room with storage space full of pots/pans, a keurig, toaster and more. The kitchen has silverware, a big storage cabinet that we will keep full of spices, paper plates, gallon ziplock bags and napkins. There is 1 - 42” TV along with an adapter for your phone to cast all your favorite movies from your phone to the tv and that is located in the living room. In the bathroom there is storage for your shampoo, body wash, etc behind the mirror and a small cabinet underneath the sink where you will find Clorox wipes. We will provide clean bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, and RV approved toilet paper. The bedroom has a brand new memory foam king size mattress, you are guaranteed to sleep like a baby. The bedroom has a mini closet with a sock drawer underneath, 2 mini coat like closets on both sides of the bed and deep storage above the bed as well to store your other belongings. We will provide clean and sanitized bedding along with 2 standard pillows. After every guest we take a UV mattress vacuum and vacuum it to assure our guests it is clean and fresh just for them!!
