The bathroom is outfitted with a counter and underside shelf, under-sink space, full-size medicine cabinet with mirror, shower with Oxygenics shower head and tub with a frosted overhead skylight for natural lighting with privacy, and a foot flush toilet. For creature comforts the trailer is outfitted with a 15,000 BTU air conditioning unit for those warm days, and a furnace for when mother nature puts out a little chill. If the trailer is returned excessively dirty with trash, food stains, cooking grease, bathroom related stains, or other conditions we deem unreasonable, there will be an additional cleaning fee removed from the deposit. Smoking: There is no smoking whatsoever in the trailer, to include cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vapes, or any drugs or other substances. If it is determined that the trailer was smoked in there will be a $500 fee removed from the deposit. A thermal fogging process must be professionally completed to remediate the smoke odor, as smoke bonds itself to walls, carpet, bedding, textiles, and even gets into the walls, vents, cabinetry and more, and can cause allergies. Thermal fogging will also get into those surfaces and nooks and crannies to remediate that smoke odor and leave the trailer clean and odor free. This is not a cheap process, and the fee, if so charged, is designed to cover that professional service.
