Lil' Scout is perfect for a couple or a small family. Has a full size bed with an upgraded memory foam mattress up front and two small single bunks in the back. The table turns into a bed as well. The back bunks work great for extra storage. This unit does not have an oven. It has two stove top burners and a microwave. You can rent a camp stove if need be. It has a shower and a toilet. All dishes, coffee pot, cooking utensils, and silverware are on board. Bedding for all beds and a set of towels for six. Just bring your food and clothes and bathroom essentials. You can pick it up or we can deliver. We do allow your furry friend. There is a pet deposit. You will need to bring a kennel if you plan on leaving your pet unattended. Pets are not allowed on the furniture and there is no smoking allowed. If there is an odor of pets or smoke your security deposit will be forfeited. Dry weight is 3500 lbs. Depending on passengers and cargo most vehicles with a 5000 lb. towing capacity should be able to tow this trailer with ease. You will need a tow package on your vehicle that includes a trailer brake controller, 2 5/16” receiver and a 7 way plug. And remember, if you don’t have this equipped on your vehicle or don’t feel comfortable towing a trailer, I can always deliver to a nearby location. What's included With the rental camp chairs, linens, all cookware, outdoor rug and a bike rack are provided. You can rent a generator for $35/day if needed. Also, if needed there is a kennel that can be included for your pet at $10/day. If you need a camp stove you can rent one for $10/day.
