This 2016 Keystone 28' travel trailer can comfortably sleep up to 7 people and comes with tons of storage space for all of your adventure gear! We also include pillows and bedding, cooking utensils, cleaning supplies, hand soap, towels, an etc. to make camping with us as turnkey as possible. The primary bedroom is private and comes with a queen-size bed. Our trailer also has double-size bunk beds along with the sofa and dining table which convert into twin beds and it pops out of trailer when parked to give you more room. The trailer also has a 16' exterior awning with attached LED lighting. Trailer comes with two batteries and two propane tanks. This trailer has everything you need for full service sites, including city water/sewer hook-ups and power adapters. You will need a full-size truck or SUV to tow this trailer. Vehicle must be able to tow at least 7,000 pounds. PROPANE TANKS WILL BE FULL ON PICKUP! IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO REFILL AFTER USE, YOU CAN SELECT THE PROPANE REFILL ADD-ON FOR $50 AND WE WILL REFILL THEM FOR YOU!

“Lego my Bego” This is a brand new 2024 Winnebago. She’s 28’ long so it can fit in all the RV parks. It has 8 seatbelts and can sleep 8 people total! It also has a tow capacity of 7500 lbs. So bring your boat, trailer or toys along. We like to trailer our ATV for some off-road fun. Sleeping arrangements: Master bed in the back of the RV is a queen Large U-Shaped dinette converts to bed Bench seat folds out into a bed Large bed over the driver and passenger seat It comes stocked with all the basic necessities for cooking and eating. We are a family of four that love going out camping. We love to do a lot of outdoor cooking. Another big thing we love to do is play a lot of board games, from family friendly board games to adult drinking games. Our Trailer is very nicely equipped with a lot great commodities, from 55' TV in the living room, speakers and bluetooth throughout trailer (inside and out), an upgraded bed mattress inside the main sleeping area, a big awning and more. Sanitization a huge thing for us, after each time we use our trailer we do a full deep cleaning from sheets to kitchen and bathroom.

Easy to drive 2019 Coachmen Prism on a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter chassis. This 25 ft RV is fully contained and easy to operate; great for first time RV'ers. It gets 12-14 miles to the gallon on average and runs on diesel fuel, which is affected by the amount of weight by items taken on trip as well as how much fluids are in the tanks. It has worked well for our family of 6 (4 adults and two small children). It sleeps 5 people with (1) queen bed in the back (folds down with the slide out extended), (1) full size bed located in a bunk above the cab with a child safety net, and a twin size bed that is created when the dinette is folded down. We have taken several week long vacations and used it with full hook ups as well as dry camp. Inside and outside has a TV/DVD and stereo system. A coax cable is provided. Electric Fireplace slides out and is located below the interior TV. Central heating and A/C inside the RV Exterior shower that is great for washing off after playing at the beach. Cab seats rotate to provide more seating There is a solar plug, but we have never used it. Being in the central valley, we are a couple of hours from the California Coast and a couple of hours from the mountains. Please note our Rules of the Road for our RV. 1. We are unfortunately not pet friendly due to our family members having pet allergies. Please respect the rule of no pets. Any evidence of a pet will be subject to an extra cleaning fee of $500. 2. While we offer a place to park your car (on the RV pad next to our house), please understand owners are not liable for any damage to your vehicle. You are parking here at your own risk. 3. No smoking of any kind in the RV. Any evidence of smoking will incur an extra $1000 cleaning fee. 4. All bookings are as stated and any early returns are not subject to a refund. 5. Pick up time is anytime between 10AM and noon; drop off time is 11AM to noon. Any pick up or drop off times outside this must be arranged with us. We will try to be flexible, but we have jobs to go to and do not guarantee flexibility. Please respect these times. If you are late to your pick up or drop off time that is agreed upon, or outside the 10am to noon timeframe, renter will be subject to $50 per 30 minutes elapsed time, with minimum charge of $50 for 30 min or less. 6. Any mileage over 1000 miles, renter is responsible for purchasing DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid), if needed to complete your trip. RV will not drive properly without DEF. 7. Awning needs to be retracted when not in use and during windy conditions. Any damage to the awning is subject to repair fees, minimum of $250. 8. Wifi, Cell Signal, and/or cable signal may not be available or be very weak where you are camping preventing some electronics from performing as expected. Please keep this in mind when selecting your location to camp. 9. Please no climbing on the roof of the RV unless absolutely necessary. Any damage will be subject to the price of the damage repair. 10. Bike rack is for renter use. Owner is not responsible for any damage renter does to their own bikes. Renter is required to provide securing straps for bikes. 11. Please return the RV in the condition you received it in, clean on the inside and outside; fuel tank filled up, the propane tank filled up, and the black and gray water tanks are empty. Failure to complete these tasks will result in extra fees ($150 to fill the gas tank, $100 to fill propane tank, and $150 to empty and clean black and gray water tanks--the fees will be flat regardless of how much it costs to complete). If you wish to have us take care of the filling and emptying of tanks, those must be purchased in advance at the time of the booking. If you flush the tanks and then use the toilet prior to returning the RV, this is considered not flushed and will be subject to the emptying and cleaning fee of $150 and will be withheld from the security deposit. 12. All overages and damage will be withheld from the security deposit and determined at the time of drop off. 13. Please allow minimum of 30 minutes to in excess of 60 minutes to review the operation of the RV at pick up and drop off. 14. Renter must sign all forms prior to taking the RV and upon return. Please allow yourself adequate time. 15. We are not festival or tailgate friendly, which means No Burning Man.

This is a 2020 Winnebago Travato class B motorhome. It sleeps and seatbelts four people comfortably. At only 21 feet long you can easily squeeze through the city streets of San Francisco or traverse the mountainous regions of the Sierra Nevada. This Travato can come fully stocked with dishes, linens, pillows and soaps upon request(see “add on’s” section below when booking). Inside the cabin there is a two burner Liquid Propane (LP) stove top, a large refrigerator with separate freezer and a microwave. It is also equipped with a wet room that consist of a shower, sink and toilet. This Travato is set up to run completely off grid for those who want to adventure outside of the traditional RV park. The 200 watts of solar combined with the onboard Onan generator will keep all accessories running for days without ever hooking up to shore power. One Way options are possibly available with an additional charge of $150-$350 depending on location. Pick up time is at 3 pm and drop off time is at 11 am. We do offer early pick (1pm) up and/or later drop off (12 pm) for free. Anything earlier/later than that is $150 fee. For an additional charge the RV can also be equipped with extras such as: Cargo Rack-which measures 60”x24” and attaches to the van via the trailer hitch. This rack is perfect for fitting those larger items such as a grill or tote for extra storage that does not fit inside the cabin of the RV. When renting the cargo rack a 30”x20”x13” tote is included as well as two ratchet straps for holding down items in tow. Bicycle Rack-The bicycle rack is very strong and sturdy, one of the best on the market. It will carry two or four bikes and has built in cable locks so you can feel safe knowing your bike will be protected when in tow. Bicycles-We have adult and child size bicycles! Let us know when booking the quantity and size bicycles you will need. Collapsible folding chairs-lightweight cloth and metal frame folding chairs. Please indicate quantity when booking.
