This luxury Mercedes motorhome is part camper van, part studio apartment -- small enough to feel like you're driving an SUV, big enough to be a fully functional living space. With Le Creuset cookware, gourmet coffee with a French press, and a cozy down comforter, we've made every effort to put to the glam in your glamping experience. The touchscreen operating system powers everything from the soft-glow cabin lighting to the auto-retractable awning, under which you can pull out the folding chairs and table (included) for an outdoor meal. You can also plug in the TV outdoors to catch a game, or listen to your favorite tunes on the exterior speakers. Inside, watch your favorite streaming apps from the (nearly) king size bed, which the press of a button converts from the plush leather sofa in 5 seconds. Towels, linens, dishes and cookware included. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils, pots/pans, oil/spices you'll need for a gourmet meal -- there's a 3-burner gas range, microwave, fridge/freezer, and ample counter space. We've tried to think of all the extras that might be helpful on the road, such as a flashlight, USB cords and scissors. A bike rack and lock are also included (a ladder allows easy access to the roof where you can tie down canoes or kayaks). There's a surprisingly roomy bathroom (for a camper) with toilet, sink and hot shower. But if you want an even more spacious bathing experience, spring up the shower tent and connect it to the outdoor hot water spigot -- also useful for rinsing off the dog, muddy boots, or sandy feet. Solar panels and an on-board generator allow you to utilize the RV's creature comforts -- air conditioner, hot water, refrigerator, TV, sound system, electrical outlets -- while fully off-grid. We provide an easy-to-understand tutorial at check-in to ensure a smooth experience with the various on-board systems once you depart. Delivery is available, but on-site parking at the pickup location -- in a safe municipal lot across from the ferry dock in historic downtown Tiburon -- is also an option ($20/night, but there are discounts for extended parking). Please let us know if you have any questions. We're also happy to give tips for cruising and camping spots across California. There's a queen bed in the rear next to the full bathroom which has a 24" x 32" shower with a high pressure oxygen infused shower head. The U-shaped dinette folds down into an additional sleeping space for up to two individuals and a 60"x 80" bunk above the cab. Beddings and pillows included for main queen bed and two sleeping bags for bunk bed. The RV is equipped with a solar powered 12v charging system ready for your off-grid experience. Includes back-up and side view cameras, Sony in-dash touch screen premium sound system w/ outdoor speakers, upgraded stainless steel appliances and convection microwave. Large capacity 44 gallon fresh water tank. Fitted bed sheets, seat covers and all surfaces are cleaned and sanitized after every use per CDC guidelines. *Discounts offered if rented for 7 or more days. I offer early pick up at 9am and late drop off by 1pm. Late fee for returns after 1pm will be half day cost and returns after 5pm will be charged entire day rental. There is a king size bed in the primary bedroom, and TV. Twin bunkbeds, with a privacy door, overhead queen bed, and the table turns into another queen/full size bed. There is 2 full size bathrooms - to include 2 showers and double vanity in the primary. It will come fully stocked with BBQ grill, flat top, Keurig Coffee maker, picnic tables and chairs. Outdoor TV to watch under the awning while enjoying the outdoors. 2 Firesticks included. Bed linens and towels included. Washer and dryer. There will be paper plates and cups available for easy clean up while you are on the road. AC/Heater unit with backup generator included! There is even a cozy fireplace to give you a cozy atmosphere on cool nights! RV sleeps 6-8 people and has new firm memory foam mattress. It has 1 short king bed (70" x 74"), sleeper jack-knife sofa (full size) that folds into a bed, dream dinette (68") folds into a bed for 2 children or 1 adult and another drop-down overhead bunk bed (full size) that is located above driver & passenger seats (holds maximum of 250 lb).
