For the benefit of those who will rent the unit after you that may be offended by stale smoke or allergic to pet dander there is a strict NO SMOKING and NO PETS policy. There will be a $500.00 spcial cleaning fee if there is evidence of smoking or pet damage/hair.

Also, Big Red is fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, dishes, and cutlery for any of your cooking and dining needs. With AC and heat, and two ceiling fans, you will always be comfortable regardless of what nature throws your way. The shower in the bathroom is used for clothing/towel storage. With that said, Big Red has an outdoor shower with custom made teak shower floor to stand on. You will also have a pop up enclosure should you need more privacy.

With a fridge, a bathroom with shower, a dining spot that you can take outside! The table is easily moveable to set up a spot under an outdoor tent. Bunks and a camper queen bed to rest your head. If there is decent wifi where you are staying, a tv is hung on the wall to connect to. Snuggle up and watch your favorite movie at night. And as long as you are connected to electricity, heat and a/c are also available. Please note: while the stay is super comfortable, if you also expect to shower often, you will need to be "fully hooked up" at your campground. If you have a water source to connect to as well as sewer, you'll be set for the ultimate glamping experience. While we love the sleeping experience of the beds as they are much like camping outside, some guests have added a thin blow up mattress on top for added comfort. There is an electric fireplace for taking the chill out on a rainy night, as well as a 35,000 Btu furnace that will keep you warm on even the coldest nights of the season. Escape the hot summer with the ample ducted air conditioner or simply relax under the 21 foot awning. The kitchen comes fully stocked with cookware, plates and utensils, a coffee pot and microwaveable cups and bowls. All you need to bring is the food and condiments - there is plenty of cupboard and refrigerator space for everything you will need to enjoy your campsite without having to run out for supplies! We offer sufficient linens based on the length of your booking, and laundry bags for used towels and such. The bathroom is fully stocked with tissue, and there are trash receptacles and a supply of trash bags for your convenience. This unit has never been smoked in. For the benefit of those who will rent the unit after you there is a strick NO SMOKING policy. Delivery and setup are required as this unit has a tongue weight of 948 pounds and the dry weight is 8431 pounds. We will waive this requirement for seasoned haulers with the proper towing rig at our discretion. This is not the rig to learn to tow with. We level the unit, install wheel chocks, hook up water, sewer and electric depending on your choice of campsite. We can provide a generator at cost if you plan to boondock - note that a 50 amp electric unit like this won't run for long on battery power. We provide a full walk-through to familiarize you with the unit and will empty the holding tanks at the end of your booking, if necessary. Sophie is our 2017 Wildwood X-Lite 272RBXL. She has 1 slide on the driver's side. She is perfect for a couple and up to 4 children. She has 1 queen bed. The sofa and dinette convert to double beds to sleep up to 4 children (Or smaller adults) comfortably. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend them for anyone over 5'6". The bathroom is HUGE! It has a large shower and lots of room to get dressed. There is lots of storage room. She comes with dishes, cookware, utensils and linens for 6, four camp chairs, a picnic table, barbecue, microwave, range, oven, and an Anderson weight distributing hitch with built-in sway control. There is propane heat, A/C, hot water, an outside refrigerator, a stereo system with Bluetooth and a TV. There are two 30lb propane tanks, a 20lb barbecue tank and an 8ft awning.

We also walk you through in person on how to properly use the RV and are always available by phone or text to address any additional questions or concerns during your trip. When you pick up the van, it will be fully ready for you to hit the road! We expect it to be returned in the same condition, - clean (inside and out), empty waste tanks and a full tank of gas. No drivers under 26. No pets, no smoking or “off road” use of the RV.
