Hi! Our Georgetown comes ready for all your adventures whether at a camp ground or boonedocking by the gulf, it's capable of doing a week or more of grid. The main saloon has porcelain tile and dining area with all that you need to make a gourmet meal and the fridge is a full size residentialwith water and ice. Three livingroom has a sectional and a recliner. There's 1 smart TV in the salon and there's TV's in the bedroom and outside with surround stereo inside and an outside stereo. The bedroom is has a real queen mattress and not a cheap RV one! The bathroom is large and has a porcelain toilet with foot flush. There are 2 roof ac's to keep you cool. I've made big improvements in the suspension (Sumo Springs and sway bar.) It only has 35K miles and new tires. With all 3 slides out, it's feels super large and so much more then you'll get with a hotel room! Our new, smoke-free and meticulously cared for 2023 Entegra Odyssey 31F is easy to drive and comes equipped with top-of-the-line furnishings to make your experience comfortable and memorable. The living room area has a good sized couch and dinette, both include optional seat belts and convertible to full beds for the kids. The kitchen comes stocked with everything you need for any sized meal while camping, including a gas range/stove, microwave, sink with built in cutting board, and spacious refrigerator and freezer. Place setting for 8 and all the essentials for your camping (glamping!) experience included! (Coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, etc!). Over-cabinet and under-sink lighting creates the perfect ambiance for cozy nights after long days of exploring. Over the cab is a large loft that serves as a queen bed, suitable for two adults. (I'm 6'4" and fit very comfortably there). The swivel smart TV w/DVD player in this space can be positioned towards the living area or the loft. Perhaps the best feature of all is a wall-to-wall loft window with retractable shade - makes for an amazing view from up top! Two convenient bunks are tucked perfectly between the kitchen and back bedtoom, equipped with reading lights, privacy curtains, and full windows - perfect for kids and teens! Opposite of the bunks is the spacious bathroom with stand up shower, sink, and toilet. Finally, at the rear of coach is the beautiful primary bedroom with queen bed, reading lights, and a ton of storage (8 drawers and a full size wardrobe). TWO separate AC units will keep you cool in the warm summer evenings, and a Dometic heater for your winter trips. Outside of the coach you'll find a retractable awning, exterior TV and sound system, and a number of large storage compartments for all of your camping gear. We provide some basics - chairs, table, lantern, etc - but leave you plenty of room for your own gear! Our family loves spending time in the Rambler and have traveled across our beautiful country in her visiting some of the most beautiful beaches, state and national parks, and attractions; we are excited to share our RV with you!
