Up for rental is my 2019 Heartland Prowler Lynx bumper pull travel trailer. This camper can sleep four comfortably with two in the main bedroom and two in the oversized dinette. The rear sofa will fold down into a bed as well for a small child. The rear floor space can accommodate a blow up mattress and sleep at least two more adults if desired. The spacious rear living area with the slide out is what attracted me to this camper when I was looking to purchase a camper. The spacious living/entertainment area and the large windows with excellent views makes for a very enjoyable camping experience without feeling cramped. The kitchen area is fully equipped with an oven and stove top range and microwave, freezer / refrigerator. Plenty of cabinet space for groceries and dishes, cooking utensils. The oversized dinette will accommodate at least four people for meals. The bathroom has a corner shower with an upgraded high pressure shower head. The front bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed with an upgraded mattress. Lots of storage with the overhead cabinet and in the under bed storage. Ducted heat and AC throughout the whole camper to keep you cozy warm or cool depending on the season. Moving outside we have an outside gas range and a refrigerator. There's also an outside shower on the driver side of the camper if needed. There's also a large pass-through storage area at the front of the camper. The camper comes equipped with all of your hoses for sewer and freshwater hookup. I will provide a weight distribution hitch for your towing needs upon request. This camper's driveway is 6,600 lb and can be towed by most of your half ton pickup trucks. Outside, there is a 10' automatic extending awning for the perfect entertaining space. The awning includes LED lights and Bluetooth or radio speakers. There is also an outdoor storage compartment for extra space. The trailer is approximately 3300 lbs dry weight for easy towing. The weight distribution hauling setup will be included at no extra charge. This trailer uses a 7 pin connector for lights and brakes. A generator that fully powers the entire camper can be included at an extra daily charge. We love our dogs as well as dogs of all sizes. All pets are welcome on a case by case basis. Delivery and setup is available upon request within a 100 mile radius. Toilet paper and one roll of paper towels are included along with basic kitchen utensils, grilling spatula and tongs, salt and pepper, 6 plastic plates, one grilling platter, 4 bowls, and 4 cups. You are welcome to bring your own kitchen supplies. Otherwise, please ensure all items used are cleaned and placed back in their designated places upon returning the camper to avoid an additional cleaning fee. We are located just outside of Newnan, Georgia and are at an optimal location for many scenic vacations. Chattahoochee Bend State Park and West Point Lake are within 30 minutes.
