The kitchen has three burners, oven and microwave with a refrigerator and freezer combo. Unit is throughly cleaned and sanitized after every use. All linens and towels are washed after each use. All dishes, utensils, and glasses are properly sanitized after each use. The bathroom has the toilet, shower tub combo and a vanity. Plenty of storage and there are two smart TVs, one located in the bedroom and one in the main area. There is an outdoor "shower" which just means there is cold and hot water located on the exterior of the RV that has a hose for washing off boots, gear, or kids.... It sleeps 6 in real beds. Has fold out couch - double and dinette- full to sleep more if needed. No smoking. We do allow dogs BUT they MUST be left in a crate if left alone. No grooming or bathing the dog/dogs in the RV. This is a nice new clean camper and the interior will be thoroughly cleaned between each rental. Great camper for a long weekend or a few weeks! Two 25 ft drinking water hoses, one 25 foot non potable water hose, 40 feet of sewer hose, all necessary extension cords and adapters to use any generator or campsite power source. Bring your own king size sheets for the bed or rent from us. Two mattresses and bunk platform if you want to use the bunk beds. Dinette and couch both convert into a bed. King bed in the bedroom sleeps two adults, dinette sleeps two kids or one adult, couch laid out sleeps two kids or one adult. Two bunks will sleep two adults or four kids total. We just took this camper on an over 7000 mile road trip without any issues. We upgraded to a heavier load range tire so blowouts will be unlikely. this camper towed nicely through the rocky mountains and has plenty of space for your family and pups. If you are not comfortable towing use my delivery and setup services. If you plan on towing plan to use at least a half ton truck or full size SUV. You can use my weight distribution hitch and I will set up for you. If you plan on going out west to the rockies or driving through heavy wind like the great plains a 3/4 ton truck or suburban/excursion is recommended.

Our camper is rated to sleep six; two in the front bedroom's queen sized bed, two on a full out sofa in the living room, and two more on a second pull out sofa in the living room. The camper is clean and in outstanding condition. Please bring all linens, pillows and bedding needed. The unit comes fully furnished with dishes, utensils, coffee maker, and toaster oven. A 5th wheel receiver must be installed in the tow vehicle and the tow vehicle must be adequetly rated to tow the trailer. All others should select the option for delivery by paying the $75 delivery fee. This fee covers the cost to deliver the unit up 30 miles from the Harlem, GA post office and set the unit up for your stay. Shelter kept 26 foot Coachmen Freedom Express. I rent about eight times a year so it is in great shape. No slide. Sleeps two adults in queen bed and two kids in bunks or dinette bed. More than four gets crowded but it is doable. I offer a coleman camp stove for outside cooking.

It's a great little camper that, weighing under 3500 lbs, can be pulled easily by just about any truck or SUV. For us, it's a perfect couples camper or a great size to bring a small child or 2 along. It will comfortably sleep 2 adults in the upgraded queen bed (not the short RV queen mattress), and it has a nice dinette that will fold down into a bed that can sleep an adult or 2 smaller children. It has a nice size bathroom and kitchen area with a large fridge to store plenty of food. It comes with all the amenities you need for an outing including an outdoor griddle, folding chairs, even a couple of yard games. It's easy to pull and can fit into just about any campground. We also have an option to bring it to a nearby location of your choice*, set it up for you, and come and get it when you're finished. All you'll need to do is show up and enjoy. RULES OF THE ROAD- We try to make a camper a comfortable place for all adventurers. That does mean that this is a non-smoking camper. If you found to have smoked in the camper, we will have to add a deep cleaning fee to the rental of $250. We understand that this might not make everyone happy. Returns are due from 8am until 11am, at 11:01 you are late and may incur a late fee. Pick up is from 3pm until 7pm. Delivery is from 11am until 3Pm. the renter must be present at time of delivery, no first come first serve RV slots will be delivered to. Rv slot reservation confirmation email must be forwarded to owner at least two days before delivery is due. Alternatives times are available with prior approval. You are responsible for any ticket, tolls, tows, and impounds. Even if the notice arrives after late fees and admin fees have compounded. GPS is installed please be aware that going over 65MPH is strictly monitored. The first incident will be your only warning text. each subsequent incident is a $25 garnishment out of your deposit.
