This includes dumping the black and gray tanks, filling the propane and general cleaning of the living area. If you are unable to return the trailer in pickup condition, a $100* cleaning/restocking fee will be charged for basic cleaning. A $200* excessive deep cleaning fee is applicable if required. ~Small & medium dogs are allowed ($75 pet fee), no cats. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture. Dogs are not to be left in the RV unsupervised. All pets must be approved in advance. ~Propane tanks will leave full and are to be returned full. A fee of $50* + the cost of the propane is charged for the refill of propane tanks should it be necessary. ~Waste tanks must be empty upon return or there will be a $100* fee applied. ~When you come to pick up the RV we'll do a 60-90 minute pre-rental orientation of the RV, depending on your RV experience level.
