Some questions that come up that we like to be upfront about: ~No refunds for early returns. ~There is a $100* hourly fee for late returns. ~No smoking or drugs are allowed. ~Bunks only have sheets included. You’ll need to bring blankets for bunks and fold down beds. ~You are responsible for cleaning and returning the RV in the condition you picked it up in. This includes dumping the black and gray tanks, filling the propane and general cleaning of the living area. If you are unable to return the trailer in pickup condition, a $100* cleaning/restocking fee will be charged for basic cleaning. A $200* excessive deep cleaning fee is applicable if required. ~Small & medium dogs are allowed ($75 pet fee), no cats. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture. Dogs are not to be left in the RV unsupervised. All pets must be approved in advance. ~Propane tanks will leave full and are to be returned full. A fee of $50* + the cost of the propane is charged for the refill of propane tanks should it be necessary. ~Waste tanks must be empty upon return or there will be a $100* fee applied. ~When you come to pick up the RV we'll do a 60-90 minute pre-rental orientation of the RV, depending on your RV experience level. We'll answer any questions you have so you feel comfortable using the RV. *All fees will be taken out of your $1000 security deposit. This 2017 Aspen Trail provides 28 feet of living space. There is a 13 ft slide out providing an open floor layout. Sleeps 10 adults comfortably with a queen size bed in the master, a double over double bunk bed and the dinette booth and sofa couch fold out to large beds. Clean linen provided and there is bedding for the couch and table in the storage compartment. The kitchen is stocked with your essentials. Non shattering plates, cups and bowls, silver wear, a few pots and pans and cooking utensils. A small coffee maker is provided. If there is something specific, you are needing just let us know and we will do our best to make sure you have it. The bathroom is accessible from and outside entrance and from the living corridor. Towels, wash clothes and toiletries will be provided. This camper can be used for any time of the year. It's equipped with AC for the hot summer days. A Furness for the cold months. All hunters are welcomed. If renting during the winter months October to May there is an additional $25 a day charge to cover the extra gas and propane use for heating. Pets are allowed we just ask that you keep them off the furniture. A 2300watt generator is included and will power the furnace, hot water heater, lights, run the TV, stereo and outlets. (It will NOT power the microwave or the AC unit) a larger generator is available for an addition $25. There is a $50 waste dumping fee if you choose not to empty and clean out the waste, we will do it for you. For any bookings that want delivery, we will keep $50 dollars of the deposit to dispose of your waste.

This rig is the perfect size for a family or group of friends to get out and have memories of a lifetime. Some great qualities include: Queen bed and a bunk house with all necessary bedding with extra blankets and pillows for the pull out beds, a TV and DVD player, sound bar with radio and inside/outside speakers, USB charging port throughout, *a large awning, large shower in the bathroom, and AC or heater at the touch of a button to make your vacation more comfortable. Great camp trailer for a couple and maybe 1 or 2 kids. The queen bed is super comfortable and the couch has a fold out bed as well (not as comfortable) The living room has great space when both the slides are out. It does have outside mini fridge and stove. Nice size bathroom.
