The mattresses have protective liners installed. The camper is cleaned and sanitized before every use. The renter is responsible for returning it clean and on time. Excessive dirt or mud is subject to additional charges. Grey and Black tanks must be emptied prior to return or subject to an additional fee. Pick up and Drop off can be flexible with prior communication subject to availability. Absolutely NO SMOKING inside of unit. Evidence of smoking will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit. It comes stocked with dishes, pans, grilling tools, toilet paper, tools, tv, movies, games, and books. It has an outdoor kitchen, outdoor shower, and large canopy to shade you from the sun on the hot days. There is a 38 gallon water hold tank to get you through them days where water hookups aren't available. This trailer will sleep 8 comfortably as It has 4 bunk beds in the rear that are great for kids, 2 beds that are converted from the table and sofa, and one queen bed up front with privacy. *Linens are provided for the 5 beds only if you select linens as an option. If you need the camper delivered with water you must message me 24 hours or more in advance of the rental time otherwise it will be delivered dry. Towing your car should be capable of pulling 4500 lbs and be equipped with 7 pin plug in we will provide hitch and sway bars, and show you the hoop up and set up also on the camping site. When you receive your camp side, please note it can accommodate a 20 ft trailer lent with water and an electric hoop up (if no tanks are available). 30 amp service is recommended to get the full capability. We do provide all necessary adapters, hoses, and cables. Deciding to be somewhere where hoop up to electric is not available, we provide additional generators and panels to be connected (please message us for that information). Full propane tanks are included, your decision if you want to refill them and return empty and pay for refiling. Please do consider smoking is not allowed inside. Visitors are welcome but please do not have them to spend the night. We love pets but unfortunately, our policy is not allowing us to have them.
