I have a 2014 toy hauler Forest River Wildwood it is 27 ft and can sleep five comfortably maybe seven it has been a great camper for us and we have made many memories in it and I hope that I can help you to make some also I do prefer to pull my own camper very rarely will I allow people to pull it themselves but if you would like to bring your toys with you when I deliver the camper I'm sure we could coordinate and work together to figure out a way to get your toys into the camper and then I can then delivered to the destination and set up please let me know if I can be of service thank you also I do rent my golf cart out for an additional $60 per night add-on let me know if you would like the golf cart as well also please no smoking and no pets

New trailer as of January 2023. Bought this for my wife and kids to use this summer. We love it and want to share because we cannot get out every weekend. Nice queen bed and bunks for our kids. Dinette becomes a full bed and couch folds down to make a short twin. Has a 39 inch tv in the living room and a 32 inch tv in the master. Can include a quiet generator. 49 gallon fresh water tank is great! Has an outdoor griddle to cook your breakfast/lunch/dinner along with the kitchen and outdoor burners. The small fridge and ice maker are essential for the beverages of choice.

Reimbursement is based on that result If there is a mechanical failure or problem requiring roadside assistance, renter should call roadside assistance number provided by insurer and alert owner immediately. RENTER SHALL NOT ATTEMPT TO MAKE REPAIRS. Out of pocket expense for repairs required and which are not covered by insurance or roadside assistance will be reimbursed by owner upon return of vehicle as long as the owner is made aware prior to such repairs and receipts are provided Renter is responsible for checking/ maintaining engine oil level, tire pressure and coolant levels at each refueling. Cost due to negligence resulting in mechanical damage or tire damage will be renter’s responsibility. Owner will provide information on operation of coach at time of pickup and will provide instruction manuals for operation of coach systems, features and appliances. It is renter’s responsibility to understand and follow instructions. Failure to use proper handling of any of the systems, features or appliances in RV may result in damage and renter will be liable for cost to repair. Awning use is strictly prohibited if the breakable locks are tampered with or broken you surrender your ENTIRE security deposit and will receive no refunds. This does not release you from paying for overages or other damage. We do not allow our RV to travel to Music Festivals. We prohibit our guests from using the ladder on the RV and renters are strictly forbidden from climbing on the roof. This can cause damage to the top of the RV that far exceeds the security deposit. GPS tracker is installed. Renters must notify owners of itinerary changes and/or changes of destination that would cause more wear and tear and/or mileage. Failure to do so could result in fees and fines. Returns are due from 8am until noon, at 12:01 you are late and may incur a late fee. Pick up is from 3pm until 6pm at 6:01 you are late and may incur a late fee. Delivery is from noon until 3Pm. the renter must be present at time of delivery, we will not deliver to first come first serve RV slots. RV slot reservation confirmation email must be forwarded to owner at least two days before delivery is due.
