We will do our absolute best to make sure that your camping trip is as stress free as possible. We will deliver and set-up the camper for you and your family. You just need to bring your clothes and your food. The camper will be stocked with the all the things that you need. Fresh linens, bath towels, pots, pans, paper plates, disposable utensils, paper towels, toilet paper, trash cans. Included are games and puzzles for a rainy day, a DVD player for watching your favorite movies. The TV above the fireplace can be hung on the outside of the RV to watch TV under the 20 foot wide awning even on a rainy day. It's our favorite place to watch Saturday College Football and Sunday NFL Football. We provide a large outside rug if you'd like it set-up. 6 folding camping chairs are provided for sitting around a nice campfire if you feel like building one. We bring our 3 dogs camping and we want you to bring your well mannered pets with you as well. We have a gated enclosure available to rent for your fur babies. An open floor plan that sleeps 9 depending on the size of the person…sleeps 6 adults comfortably. The main bed is an upgraded queen-sized mattress with a memory foam topper. Both bunk beds also have memory foam added to them for extra comfort. The camper comes stocked with plates, bowls, silverware, cooking utensils, and pots and pans. All linens are provided for 3 main beds including sheets, lightweight blankets, pillows, and warmer throw blankets. If you are planning on using the couch or dinette beds you will need to bring sleeping bags or something for those. We deliver the camper and get it fully set up for you as well as a brief walkthrough of how to operate its features.

The Kitchen space is very functional with a 2-burner gas stove, small sink, generous amount of counter space, small under-cabinet ac/gas fridge, over-head cabinets, under-sink storage, and a 4-shelf pantry cabinet, cookware and dining dishes. (We have a toaster oven with air-fryer/grill that can be requested as an add-on.) The radio has great sound which also connects to outdoor speakers. We are a family of 6 (husband John, wife Wendi and 4 kiddos currently aged 9-14.) We specifically purchased this RV so we could have a back bedroom for the four kids and still “do life” in the living area. Parents room can close too so everyone can get some privacy. This is the perfect layout for “bigger” families! While it says it can sleep 10, we think it sleeps 6 very comfortably (we are a tall family!) and can sleep 8 quite adequately. The master bedroom has a queen, but because my husband and I are over 6'3", we put a king-sized mattress topper on it which allows us to "be able" to sleep together in the queen bed.
