Making a home on the road or campsite is what we are all about, and we want to provide that experience for you as well! This trailer is equipped with so many capabilities like comfortable sleeping arrangements (king size bed w privacy door, convertible dinette, and two recliners!) Cozy kitchen area with space to cook indoors on our propane stove top. Microwave, freezer and refrigerator to cook and store your food and meals. Clean bathroom includes a full shower, sink, and toilet with added comforts. It also has a large electrically operated awning with Bluetooth speakers, LED lighting, and exterior plugs. Enjoy plenty of storage! While the inside of our trailer is an enjoyable space we understand what makes a trip comfortable is having some of the "extras." Brand new 2023 Dutchman Kodiak, sleeps 8-10 people. Bunk room located in the rear has a sliding door to close off from the main cabin, also has lots of extra storage and 2 large sized bunks with usb charging. Front master bedroom comes with a rv queen mattress and extra storage space underneath bed for luggage. Main cabin consists of a recliner sofa that folds into a bed, and table seating are drops down in to another bed. Camper comes topped off with drinking water, shower water which works out great for dry camping.

Will provide sway bar if needed. If you choose to bring pets, please make sure their nails are clipped because any damage done from scratches will be paid for by you. We are willing to deliver but there will be an extra charge depending on the distance. Will do a thorough walk thru with you to explain how everything works and answer any questions you might have. I would highly recommend that when you go to campsites to try and get a pull-thru site, unless you are comfortable backing up.
