Master bedroom has new queen 60x80 mattress, mattress protector, luxury comfort mattress pad, 2 pillows, high thread count sheet set and blankets, 2 closets, hangers, shelves, and large drawer, and cabinets over bed, usb, and plenty of plugins. Roomy and comfy camper that allows both family and friends to enjoy time together. The fireplace puts out enough heat that you can stay in shorts when it's snowing outside. There is plenty of storage throughout, with large drawers under the kitchenette, 2 closets and shelfs in the bedroom, storage under the couch, plus 2 outdoor storage areas and a very large pantry. Spacious large shower, plenty of room to dress, bring your toiletry needs example: shampoo, soap, toothpaste we supply Toilet paper bath towels and wash clothes. Kitchen large enough to prepare meals, large pantry, farmhouse apron sink, completely stocked kitchen based off of my personal camping needs. Including :coffee pot and filters, dishes, 12 pc cookware set, dishes set, spatula, vegetable peeler, whisk, knife set, mixing bowls, can opener, pizza cutter, measuring cups and measuring spoons, dish towels, mixing bowls, serving plates, 2 rolls paper towels, and 2 trash bags per day. Welcome to our 2018 Forest River Wildwood Bunkhouse! This camper is Family Friendly and also great for couples looking for a little adventure in the great outdoors!!! We have furnished this camper with your cookware and dinnerware needs, and sheets, to make your packing experience simple! Just bring your personal items and food, blankets and pillows, towels & wash cloths, and we have the rest covered! This camper is cute and cozy, yet has all the functions you need to make your camping experience pleasant. Indoors you will find a queen bed in the front, a large collapsible dinette table in the middle, and a set of bunks in the rear. Sleeping a total of 5 guests. The Kitchen space is very functional with a 2-burner gas stove, small sink, generous amount of counter space, small under-cabinet ac/gas fridge, over-head cabinets, under-sink storage, and a 4-shelf pantry cabinet, cookware and dining dishes. (We have a toaster oven with air-fryer/grill that can be requested as an add-on.) The radio has great sound which also connects to outdoor speakers. The compact bathroom fits your needs with a rv toilet and shower. Outdoors features a 12' electric awning which is complete with underlay lights, that gives this camper a welcome feel. NO-Pets allowed, any evidence will be subject to a $1000 "additional" fee. 6. ONLY use biodegradable, RV and marine type bath tissue that we supply or that you have. 7. Ensure all doors, cabinets and drawers are closed and locked before driving RV (this includes all undercarriage compartments, refrigerator, overhead vents in hallway and bathroom, bathroom doors, master bedroom door, etc.) to avoid damage while the RV is in motion. 8. Refuel Policy: RV should be returned with (at least) the same amount of gas provided at pick up, or renters will be subject to $50 refuel fee plus actual fuel cost. 9. Dumping Policy: Renter is responsible for emptying both gray and black (septic) tanks before returning RV to owner. Failure to do so will result in a $199 dumping fee. Empty Black first, then Grey, then flush out tanks. 10. Towing Policy: Please let us know in advance if you plan to tow anything behind the RV during the rental period. You must bring your own flat-towing equipment and tow weight must not exceed 5,000 lbs. Renter must bring all other compatible equipment to tow their personal vehicle and it is required that you have a braking system installed in your towed vehicle. We keep the hitches locked at all times to prevent misuse. We charge a flat $200 tow fee. 11. Appliances: The A/C, slide-out(s), generator, awning, radio, microwave, stove, oven, television, etc. are convenience items. If any malfunctions should occur with any of these items, NO compensation will be made to you. For assistance, you are advised to consult the informational material in the RV or contact us. 12. RV Content: Renters agree to return the RV with all original contents in place to include any and all convenience items, inventory items, and any optional items requested in this rental agreement. When renters are away from RV, all doors including undercarriage should remain locked to prevent theft and overhead vents in bathroom and hallway should be closed to prevent water damage in the event of rain. Awning should not be opened during strong winds or while away from RV to prevent damage. If any inventory items are damaged or missing at the time of the delivery, renter risks forfeiture of some or all of the security deposit, at the owner’s discretion. 13. There will be no refunds for early returns. Please inform us in advance if you plan to return early or if you are running late. Any drop-off after 11am CST will result in additional charges per number 15 below. It is inadequate to perform drop-off inspections in the dark as it does not allow for a proper visual inspection. Please plan your travel accordingly to meet pick-up and drop-off times. 14. Extending Rental Dates. You are responsible for reviewing this Agreement to ensure that all rentals costs and rental dates are correct. If you wish to extend the rental period, you must call us for approval. If you do not return at the scheduled drop-off time on the scheduled Rental Period End Date and you have not called us for approval to extend the rental period, you will be charged additional rental day(s), and any inconvenience fees incurred by the next renter. Please remember that our units are usually booked by other families picking up as quickly as the next day. 15. Late fee of $125 for up to 5pm on scheduled return day. Returns after 5pm will be an additional night’s charge in addition to the $125 late fee. All late returns are subject to owner availability. 16. By taking possession of this rental you agree that you were given the full walk-through of the RV and have found that everything with the vehicle is found to be acceptable, is as advertised, and in proper working order. You also agree that the services you purchased are considered rendered upon your pre-departure inspection of the vehicle, signing of this contract, and leaving with the vehicle to start your reserved rental dates.
