An open floor plan that sleeps 9 depending on the size of the person…sleeps 6 adults comfortably. The main bed is an upgraded queen-sized mattress with a memory foam topper. Both bunk beds also have memory foam added to them for extra comfort. The camper comes stocked with plates, bowls, silverware, cooking utensils, and pots and pans. All linens are provided for 3 main beds including sheets, lightweight blankets, pillows, and warmer throw blankets. If you are planning on using the couch or dinette beds you will need to bring sleeping bags or something for those. We upgraded to our Class C this year so that we could comfortably travel long distances with our three young children, one of which is an infant. You are responsible for any ticket, tolls, tows, and impounds. Even if the notice arrives after late fees and admin fees have compounded. Tire damage is the responsibility of the renter, if the renter believes it is due to negligence, the tire must be brought back for professional evaluation. Reimbursement is based on that result If there is a mechanical failure or problem requiring roadside assistance, renter should call roadside assistance number provided by insurer and alert owner immediately. RENTER SHALL NOT ATTEMPT TO MAKE REPAIRS. Out of pocket expense for repairs required and which are not covered by insurance or roadside assistance will be reimbursed by owner upon return of vehicle as long as the owner is made aware prior to such repairs and receipts are provided Renter is responsible for checking/ maintaining engine oil level, tire pressure and coolant levels at each refueling. Cost due to negligence resulting in mechanical damage or tire damage will be renter’s responsibility. Owner will provide information on operation of coach at time of pickup and will provide instruction manuals for operation of coach systems, features and appliances. It is renter’s responsibility to understand and follow instructions. Failure to use proper handling of any of the systems, features or appliances in RV may result in damage and renter will be liable for cost to repair. Awning use is strictly prohibited if the breakable locks are tampered with or broken you surrender your ENTIRE security deposit and will receive no refunds. This does not release you from paying for overages or other damage. We do not allow our RV to travel to Music Festivals. We prohibit our guests from using the ladder on the RV and renters are strictly forbidden from climbing on the roof. This can cause damage to the top of the RV that far exceeds the security deposit. GPS tracker is installed. Renters must notify owners of itinerary changes and/or changes of destination that would cause more wear and tear and/or mileage. Failure to do so could result in fees and fines. Returns are due from 8am until noon, at 12:01 you are late and may incur a late fee. Pick up is from 3pm until 6pm at 6:01 you are late and may incur a late fee. Delivery is from noon until 3Pm. the renter must be present at time of delivery, we will not deliver to first come first serve RV slots. RV slot reservation confirmation email must be forwarded to owner at least two days before delivery is due.
