We absolutely love our RV and have set it up with everything you need for a perfect adventure or weekend getaway. We mean everything from glasses, plates, utensils, kitchen/cooking utensils, bowls, towels, linens and even some pantry items. Everything is in there to treat it like a second home on the road. Although we would have loved spend a lot of time in it, we've only been on a couple of trips since we got it in 2020, so it's brand new! Can sleep up to 8 people comfortably, but you can sleep 10 if you have a couple young ones. Back bunkhouse for the kids or a second family, and outdoor kitchen to complete the outdoor camping experience. AC and heating works great and has been tested in the Arizona heat as well as Massachusetts winter. Don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions. It sleeps 9 people comfortably. Two double bunks can comfortably sleep 4 children or 4 snuggling adults. The rap around table converts into a double bed. There is a couch that could sleep another. Storage located under. The front has a double bed with storage located on the sides, above your bed and under the bed. More storage is located in front of the coach. You can tow this unit yourself with almost any standard pickup truck, or we can deliver and set it up for you depending on our availability. Either way, all you need to bring are your clothes, food and the kids. For the benefit of those who will rent the unit after you that may be offended by stale smoke or allergic to pet dander there is a strict NO SMOKING and NO PETS policy. There will be a $500.00 spcial cleaning fee if there is evidence of smoking or pet damage/hair.
