It's fully contained, fresh, gray, black water tanks, has a queen bed in the front dinette turns into a single bed and two twin bunk beds in the back. Bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is fully stocked including single serving coffee maker (uses k-cups or ground coffee) and a double wide toaster. There is no use of the awning, due to caution of mishandling and possible damage, please bring a pop-up tent or screen house. Please NO pet’s NO smoking! It’s a family friendly camper. There will be an additional fee starting at $100 if such is suspected. You will also receive 2 rolls of RV toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, large fresh water bottle, paper napkins, 1 dish towel, dish cloth and sponge, dish soap and hand soap, outdoor rug, 2 oversized outdoor chairs and an outdoor folding table.. and more.
