Bathroom with an external door access to keep traffic lower inside the camper, which includes toilet, toilet paper, shower, towels, and linens. There is hot and cold running water. An AC to keep it cool during hot days and a furnace if the temp drops at night. Enjoy the added outdoor grill and 4 chairs under the retractable awning. Pets are welcome but NO smoking please.
