Less than 24ft, easy driving and handling, yet big enough with everything for up to 6 person, perfect for a family of 4 to 6. We took the RV to Yellowstone in 2022 summer and it was an awesome trip. I have regular oil change (every 5k miles) and inspection done with Ford truck service center in Troy, replaced 6 tires with Michelin CrossClimate at DiscountTire on 05/26/23. Eligible Drivers: Renter must be 25 years of age or older, has personal auto insurance coverage. 2. A $120 Cleaning Fee is mandatory with professional cleaning after each trip. Sorry no pet allowed for this RV. 3. Please Ensure to Dump The RV Septic Tanks to avoid a $80 Dumping Fee. 4. Smoking (cigarettes or marijuana) is strictly prohibited. Evidence of smoking is determined at the sole discretion of the owner and will cause forfeiture of your Security Deposit. 5. Please contact owner for pet policy. Pet on board without contacting owner will cause forfeiture of your security deposit. 6. No climbing on roof (for safety reasons). 7. Pick-up and Return Times: Early morning (9AM) pick up is available for free. Late afternoon return, however, will incur a $10/hr charge from 11AM normal return time. 8. Do not make repairs without approval.

It’s my goal for you to enjoy your camping trip! Bring your clothes and food. Then relax! The RV is going to be a breeze to drive with brand new tires and easy to set up with rear and side viewing cameras. You’re going to love camping with this roomy camper with slide-out. The main sleeping area is at the front of the RV with a comfortable queen bed featuring a Tempurpedic mattress topper, television and privacy curtain. There are two additional areas for sleeping: the fold down couch, as well as, the U-Shaped dinette. You could comfortably sleep 6, but with small children sharing the fold-down couch (60” long). The kitchen features a 6 cu. ft. refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove and microwave. Including basic dishes, utensils, and cookware. A full-size bathroom! You'll have a porcelain toilet (rare!), a sink with some countertop, and a nice size shower. Central Air & Heat. Small bedside fan. There is a television, DVD/CD player, Bluetooth speakers (indoors and out). Outdoors, you will find a large awning for sun protection, as well as, a small outdoor kitchen with a two burner cooktop.
