About Our Trailer: Top of the line Grand Design-build and appearance. Outside: • The RV has a large 18ft one-touch power awning with LED lights. •There is also an outdoor kitchen equipped with a mini-fridge, two-burner stove, and water hose. Inside: • In our kitchen we provide the basic needs for any Kitchen: pots, pans, coffee pots, dinnerware for up to 8, cutlery, utensils, kitchen towels, and cleaning supplies. RV has a large Refrigerator. • The bathroom has a big standing shower. • We have a full Queen sized mattress in the front private room. In the rear of the trailer is a full over full bunk bed with privacy curtains. The dining table can convert into a full-size bed. The Sofa can serve as a sleeping arrangement as well. *Remember to pack your own linens comforters, towels, or sleeping bags!* • For entertainment we have a wall-mounted 32-inch TV, some family games (cards, UNO, board games). • This is a smoke-free unit as we travel with small children ourselves. If the RV smells of smoke, you forfeit your entire security deposit, NO Exceptions. No cigarette butts in camper trash.

We carry full commercial insurance on our RV. NO ADDITIONAL INSURANCE NEEDED. No extra fee!!! Let your adventures begin with this 2020 Forest River Wolf Pup camper. Make new family memories as you enjoy the amenities this unit provides. The floor plan of the Wolf Pup features one queen-sized bed (mattress upgraded to luxury deluxe mattress), two single bunk beds, and a dinette that breaks down into a single bed. The camper has storage under the queen and lower bunk, as well as extra storage cabinets for a family vacation or weekend trip. Due to the owner's allergies, we do not allow pets or smoking in the unit, no exceptions. The minimum rental is three days. We provide an outdoor camping mat for use under the electric awning, so you track less debris into the unit. We have equipped the kitchen with a set of pots and pans, silverware, cooking utensils, BBQ forks, plates, bowls and beverage glasses. In addition, we also provide paper plates and disposable cups for those that do not want to wash dishes. Salt, pepper and Lawry's seasoning salt are provided. A supply of paper towels and toilet paper is provided, as well as dish soap and hand soap. Kitchen towels, dishrags, disposable sponges, and garbage bags are also stocked in the unit. Although we hope you never need it, we have a basic first aid kit and fire extinguisher. Also included is two separate TV sets, one above the queen bed and one for outside use. There are also decks of cards included, a yard Yahtzee game, five collapsible chairs, a toaster, and a coffee maker for those who need a caffeine boost in the morning. The dry weight of this camper is only 3,097 lbs. It can be towed with some smaller SUVs and trucks, and requires a 2" ball. (Please check your owners manual for info on your vehicle's towing capacity). A weight distribution hitch is available if needed. You will also need to have some basic experience backing and maneuvering a trailer. Per Minnesota State law, you must have an electric brake controller and trailer light wiring, and they must be in complete working order prior to leaving with the unit. If you do not have a brake controller in your vehicle, we can provide a wireless brake controller that you can control from your smartphone for an additional $30 per trip. The commercial insurance policy requires that you must be at least 25 years or older to rent the travel trailer, and the renter will need to provide us with proof of insurance on your towing vehicle prior to pick up of the unit. You will also be required to sign a separate rental contract for the insurance coverage. We do charge a $30 cleaning fee. We expect that you will return the unit in comparable condition to when you picked it up. Laundry (dish towels, dish rags, and bedding), should be placed in a garbage bag prior to returning the unit. The cleaning policy is outlined more thoroughly in the trailer. Failure to follow the procedures can result in extra fees being withheld from your deposit.
