Enjoy our brand new travel trailer with enough room for up to 8 people, an electric awning with outdoor lights, 2 large propane tanks for the furnace, and plenty of storage for all your things! This camper has many wonderful options to make your camping trip as comfortable as possible. Enjoy! This trailer is over 6000lbs so a larger truck will be needed to pull it safely or I am able to deliver, set up, and pick up for an extra fee. I will provide linens for the bed, multiple pillows and blankets for 8 people, towels, camping chairs, a small table, cooking utensils, pots and pans, everything to make coffee including reusable coffee cups, hot dog sticks, and multiple board games to! I try to make it as close to the convenance of staying in a hotel as possible, everything you might need during your stay. Please feel free to ask about anything else you think you might need during your trip that I might be able to provide!

Regular cleaning is $150 plus some extra if there are any issues. Full deep cleaning is $450. All tableware, grill, kitchen utensils should be properly washed. If we do it for you, $100 will be deducted from deposit. We are not responsible for campground reservations – including cancelations for COVID. All campground reservations must be made separately from your reservation with us, with the campground’s reservation agency. All campground and campsite fees are separate from and in addition to the rental price and fees. No refunds will be given for campsite reservation errors. I love the spacious floor plan of this 30 foot 2021 Sundance trailer. Separate bedroom with a comfy queen and a large rear bathroom. The 3 seater couch folds out into a full queen and a 4 person dinette folds into a full bed. Large 40 inch screen tv and full kitchen.
