This van comes stocked with basic essentials to help you focus on fun and the journey ahead. What's includedInside you’ll find a KL queen sized bed, a toilet & shower, induction cooker, a sink, microwave, refrigerator with small freezer section, air conditioning & heat, plenty of windows with screens and shades, a swivel mounted TV with Blu-ray player connected & Roku capabilities (Wi-Fi not included). The van seats 2 passengers with seatbelts and has an awesome led lit awning! There is a small safe bolted inside the van to hold valuables. There is plenty of room under the bed for storage .This van is fully equipped with anything you need for boondocking or staying at a site. It has all of the hookups for city electric and water. Perhaps even more fun, it also is fully boondocking ready with two EcoTrek lithium ion battery modules, solar panels. There is a 30 gallon fresh water tank, 30 gallon grey water tank, and 15 gallon black water cassette. This van contains a cassette toilet that needs to be emptied every 3-4 days (more or less depending on usage). At pickup, we will provide instructions for emptying the tank. If the van is returned with a full toilet tank, you will be charged a fee of $150. The van will have a full tank of gas. On return, we ask that you please return the vehicle with a full tank. If the van is not returned with a full tank of gasoline, you will be charged a fee of $150.

Comfortable, drivable van somewhere in B+/C RV class. Shower is separate from the toilet area. The bedroom with a queen size island bed can be closed off from the galley and single bed in the front cabin. Automatic generator start, solar and propane generator allow for dry camping (though staying in campgrounds with hookups recommended if limited experience boondocking/dry camping). A 350 lb capacity moped/dirt bike/bike hauler hitch mount rack and tandem bicycle are available for rent as well. Propane refill is not required on return as long as the propane tank is at 10% or more. Pickup and drop off times are both at 12:00 PM (noon), extension of 12 hours on the same rental dates (8 AM-8 PM) can booked with initial request (insurance fee remains unchanged). Our brand new 2023 Rockwood Roo has three tent beds and a bump out. It includes stove, microwave, tv built in wall, over sized fridge and freezer, glass door shower, toilet and sink. It also has individual fan for each bed and heated beds for chilly nights. The tinted windows offer privacy but plenty of sunlight and heat or AC. There’s extra storage for kitchen area and plenty for guests personal items! A great way to go camping with your creature comforts! Our TT is a great little adventurer. The garage in the front is a great option for RVs with smaller children, bunks max 150# or for dogs. If it is a family adventure or a hunting trip this camper can accommodate. the 50" door on the side is large enough for an ATV which can be secured to the eye bolts in the floor. The best thing about this is it leaves your truck bed open and the weight of the ATV is on the tongue so no concern about the added weight in tne back. Its kinda of a quircky but fun design. Trust me on a calm evening, putting the big door down and putting the screen door in place makes for wonderful sleeping, assuming somewhere you want to sleep with the doors open.

Our motorhome is a super C 36 feet with a your own on sweet in the back and a half bath for the front it has a large bed with plenty of head room in the front and a fold out couch and the dinette makes a bed also. It has three TVs and a large household refrigerator.
Welcome to our trailer! This is a 2022 Independence Trail model DBK188. It sleeps 4 adults comfortably however it has a Queen Murphy bed plus the bunks are doubles so 2 kids can fit in each bunk. The trailer features all the modern conveniences you will need for your glamping trip including shower/toilet, wash basin, full kitchen, microwave, 2 ring stove, usb ports, tv with cable hookups plus Wi-Fi hotspot included, fridge freezer, kettle, pots, pans, flatware & cutlery. The outdoor features include and outdoor fridge, Griddle/Grill, outdoor shower & electrical outlets. The electric awning extends/retracts at the touch of a button & has its own led lights to light up your evening. The sounds system has zoned Bluetooth settings to play inside, outside on the outdoor speakers our both. You may have noticed our pup in the images who loves vacationing in our trailer so much that we would like to extend a welcome to your furry family members who you may want to bring with you. We include a full propane tank & all of the items you might need to make your trip run smoothly such as beach chairs, folding table, Tupperware, extra gas outdoor grill, dog gates etc. The Trailer itself is compact however it provides everything you will need for a relaxing stay with air conditioning & heat at the touch of a button. Please note that any rental which is being used at a location that does not have sewer hookups or dump sites for black/grey tanks will need to add on the septic charge of $140. The kitchen is equipped with pots and pans, silverware, all the utensils you will need to create your delicious meals and even a coffee pot so you can enjoy fresh brewed coffee with your breakfast.
