This is a fun camper for week long trips but is also great for short weekend getaways. We love the awning with led lights and also enjoy the sound system that has two zones, indoor and outdoor. The camper has solar panels that keep the battery charged. Add on the generator or take your own for additional power needed to run the AC unit. This little camper has the sport axel for the tougher terrain. Hook up to existing water or fill the tank with fresh water before you travel.
Spacious , modern interior, one of the features that I would like to mention is the folding couch and the dinette table become one large bed , perfect for a 6 to 7 foot tall person . Note. If you’ll be towing my unit it will be a requirement to add from the add-on section my equalizer weigh distribution system .

Our Lil Bea features a rear entry door, full fridge/freezer, queen bed, dinette/twin bed, and a fold-down bunk for a a kid or luggage storage. Kitchen has dual sinks, microwave, and two-burner cooktop. The restroom features a dry bath, meaning a separate shower and toilet - rare in a camper this size! Set up the provided camping chairs under the awning for outdoor relaxation. We have a new 37ft 2022 cherokee travel trailer. You will need a 3/4 or 1 ton truck to pull of you are planning to tow. This travel trailer is the epitome of glamping! Plenty of room to sleep up to 10 people. The bathroom has access from the outside. The living, bunk and kitchen area has its own entry as well. It also has an electric heated fo fireplace plus the propane heater that kept us warm in the winter in Red River NM. We are pet friendly and currently provide many amenities to ease the stress of packing. Drop off/ Pick up is as follows: Monday - Friday 6-7pm Saturday & Sunday 10- 10:30 am (flexible for a later time if needed or renter wants to dump and clean)
