LINENS & TOWELS - Please note the RV does not come with pillows, towels or linens, as most campers prefer to bring their own. DISCLAIMER - We really hope you can understand why we have to be a bit strict on these things below. We are really trying our best to provide our RV to you at an exceptional price for what you are getting. When we start adding up our time waiting around, or having to make calls and pay off bills that weren't ours, it gets a bit discouraging for us so we want to be clear about the following... TOLLS - Please make sure to connect the RV to your EZPass prior to departure if you will be traveling anywhere with tolls. If you do not, we may receive a citation from the toll company. Citations are around $50-$100 per toll, plus the toll. So if you go through a toll on an EZPass land and the toll itself had a cost $3 but you were without the EZPass you are looking at a bill of $53 in the mail. This will accumulate for each toll you go through. If we receive these leaving us to take care of them we charge $50 per discrepancy and it will be billable directly to RV Share. So if you go through an EZPass toll and you did not set up the RV with your EZPass your fee would look something like $3 for the toll + EZPass Penalty of around $50 or more + our administration fee of $50 for having to do the extra work. This will be charged to you through RVShare if we receive a bill. If for some reason you did connect the EZPass and they sent a citation we will wave our administration fee. During the winter months there may be a fee to get the RV de-winterized, if you wish to use the onboard water amenities. This will be brought up when you reach out for info or send a request and you will be well aware of the situation prior to accepting the rental request. LATE FEE's - Please also note that when we set up a time for you to pick up or drop off the RV it is not fair if we are waiting for hours. It takes time out of our day to be there and so if you are late picking up or dropping off the RV there will be a late charge of $100 per hour that will be charged to you after through RVShare. Dumping any waste will cost you around $10-$25 if you do it yourself. If you bring the RV back with any waste a $200 fee will be added on. The gas tank will be full when you pick up the RV. Please bring it back the same way or we will charge for a gas refill. The RV comes with pots, pans, dishes, cups, and silverware for your cooking/eating needs. Linens do not come with the rental. If you do need linens and bedding please message us so we can go over the number of people in your party and we can let you know the details of how much it would cost us to provide them. This van is smaller than your usual RV, which makes it extremely easy to drive/park on any street or highway. It has everything an RV has which is all you need to go off grid - bathroom, hot shower, fridge, stove, microwave, couch and bed. It’s perfect for 1 or 2 people looking to spend time vanlifing. (There is an extra bed for the front seats that can accommodate a 3rd person) Amenities: The Camper includes a cassette toilet, a shower with hot water, air-conditioning and heating, fridge freezer, bathroom sink and kitchen sink, microwave, stove, couch pulls out into a double bed, front seats swivel to open up space and becomes a lounge. Kitchen: The kitchen comes stacked with cooking utensils eating utensils, coffee and spices, the rest is up to you. Bathroom: The bathroom has a shower with hot water. The toilet works like a regular toilet, check up what a cassette toilet is. Clean towels provided, also stocked with toiletries. Bed: The couch pulls out into a double bed, it comes with clean sheets and bedding. There is also an air bed for the front seats if needed) Off Grid: This RV is ready to go completely off grid which means you do not need to connect to any outside source you’re free to camp anywhere. Which means it has its own generator and batteries to keep everything powered including the AC. It also has its own water tank. RV Park: Just like a regular RV if you wish to stay at an RV park you could plug-in so you don’t need to use the gas and you could also connect to their water supply. Cleanliness: The van is thoroughly clean between every use including the bedding and towels obviously the van is kept very clean every renter is given a clean set of bedsheets bedding and towels. More detailed info about how the power works: If you are unfamiliar with RVs I will be happy to explain. You can choose to turn on the generator this is to power big items like the microwave or the air conditioning, this draws power from the gas. However if you don’t need those then the batteries will power everything else like the fridge and the outlets, this is a good way to save this way you get free power. Where to stay tips on places to camp you can use apps or websites like freecampsites.org to see places you would like to sleep overnight. A last resort is always Walmart or Rest Stops which you are allowed to camp overnight.
