This Salem Hemisphere 5th wheel is a brand new 2020. It sleeps 10 people. This has a bunkhouse for children and a nice king size bed for the adults. There are tons of other amenities that stay in the camper when you use it. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a tub and one with a shower. Residential Fridge and lots of space inside for the raining days too. This also has an outdoor kitchen so you don't have to go inside every time you need something.

Experience pulling something this large is a must when on roads with high speeds or tight turns. A 7-Pin Vehicle Connection, Electric Brake Controller, Hitch, and 2-5/16” Ball rated for 10,000 LBS or more are a must for pulling something this heavy. THE RENTER MUST HAVE ALL. If this is an issue DELIVERY is available. *** DELIVERY INFO: *** Please keep in mind with current gas prices delivery fees may seem expensive but are necessary. Delivery prices are $200 for 0-30 Miles and $300 for 31-60 Miles. The system shows it is $6 per mile which if you do the math is more than $300 for 60 miles. I can manually adjust the price prior to you paying. That is miles using Google Maps from the 17202-zip code. This includes Delivery, Setup, Pickup, Teardown, and Sewage Disposal. You are responsible for everyday trash disposal; all campgrounds have dumpsters. All you must do is show up to camp and have a good time and head home. While this may seem expensive at first glance there are a lot of manhours and fuel involved in these processes. If you have owned a Camper before you know this is a tedious process. Welcome to the Baby Catalina! This roomy and lightweight camper is great for families of 2-5 with full amenities to enjoy a week or weekend of camping fun! Easy to tow, we provide a 10"adjustable hitch. If you do not want to pull with your vehicle we will deliver and setup the unit for you! This is a brand new 2024 with east/west Queen bed, bunk beds and jacknife sofa. We have added 2"foam toppers to the beds for extra comfort. Please supply your own linens,blankets, towels and pillows. The kitchen offers a deep sink, microwave and 2 burner propane stove. Plenty of storage for the paper products your supply but we do also have camping plates, bowls, mugs and silverware for 8. In addition we provide a Kuerig coffee machine and 2-slice toaster. The bathroom is equipped with toilet, shower, mirror, shelf and electric. We supply some TP. We have added wall nets to the bunks for anyone to store their cell phone, tablet, games, books and more. All needed setup supplies are provided and we include a propane gas camping stove for outside cooking. We provide two camping chairs but other additions are available for a fee such as folding table, solo stove, additional chairs, kindling, firewood, 1lb. propane tanks for the outside grill, generator, bike rack, 63 quart cooler and more. The awning is equipped with a multicolored LED light strip, inside and outside speakers for the Bluetooth JBL sound system and all can be controlled from your phone. The TV is mounted at the queen bed and cable is available. We provide many services to make your experience what you want. Delivery, setup, teardown, black tank dump, cleaning and a full instruction and walk around are all available for the appropriate fee. Other things to note; No Smoking, No Festivals, kindly be aware that any violation of these rules may result in a fee deducted from your security deposit.
