We have an airbnb by Disney World and have loved being super hosts and meeting so many amazing families. We have decided to rent out our RV so that others can enjoy our cozy camper and we can continue to meet wonderful families from all over. You’ll feel right at home while traveling on the road or parked at the campground. * if you have any questions or special requests, we are pretty flexible and easy going. Happy to help assist in making your vacation the best one yet! What’s included with your rental: -Starter kit: 2 toilet paper rolls, 1 paper towel roll, 2 trash bags, 1 hand soap -Cleaning supplies: sanitation wipes, dust buster, broom/pan -Outdoor rug - 6 camping chairs - Keurig - kitchen basics - cleaning/prep fee ($150) charged at time of booking: includes preparing the rental unit by sanitizing interior and cleaning exterior, full propane tank, starter kit of supplies. *it is the renters responsibility to make sure RV is returned reasonably clean. If an excessive amount of dirt, food, unkept appliances etc is found there will be an additional charge of $100. *Full fuel tank is provided at pick up, if not discussed prior to returning, and fuel is not returned full- a fee of 20% premium of current fuel rates will be added. * Dumping Fee-If not previously agreed upon, and the tanks are not emptied upon return, a fee of $150 will be added. Supplemental rental agreement (SRA) document must be signed after booking reservation confirmed. Please note the following rules: * No smoking * No pets * No festivals Tailgating is allowed upon approval. $250 fee taken from security deposit if any of these rules are violated. Sleeps up to 8 people with loft bed, a sofa bed, dinette convertible bed, and a queen bed. Interior options include a 40-inch TV, DVD/BluRay player, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, stovetop and oven. Second TV newly installed in bedroom, bring your own streaming device or rent ours. A full awning with outdoor lighting is a nice addition. We can adjust pickup and drop-off timing to work best for both our schedules and discuss prior to rental period. $50 per hour late fee if dropped off after the agreed upon time. Please only use biodegradable RV bath tissue. No flushing of any other items. 6. Towing will only be allowed with authorization by owner. 7. The air conditioning, heater, generator, radio, microwave, stove, oven, television, etc. are convenience items. While not expected; If any malfunctions should occur with any of these items, no compensation will be made to you. These items are electronic and can break unexpectedly. For assistance, you are advised to consult with ownership of any issues that arise. 8. If any items are damaged or missing at the time of the delivery, renter risks forfeiture of some or all of the security deposit, at the owner’s discretion. 9. Renters will contact owner with any problems that occur during the rental period. 10. Tolls must be paid by renter. Please bring EZPass or cash to make payments. Any tolls not paid by renter is subject to a $50 fee for each toll. 11. Please no overnight boondocking as it puts wear and tear on the electrical system. 12. Minimum 25 years of age to rent.

If you are living/traveling in the RV and have warmth in the RV 24/7 then you can fill the RV with water. To do this, just follow the videos we have sent you on how to fill your RV with water. TIP: Once you introduce water, and if you are in a colder climate, please put your tank heaters on (if equipped) and ensure that you run heat through the RV 24/7 at a minimum of 40 degrees (even if you are not occupying the RV) As you introduce water to the RV for the first time, the faucets, etc will 'splutter" until a steady stream of water comes out. When you return the RV back to us, we will winterize it (remove all the water from the system for you) Winterizing your RV’s plumbing is incredibly important, especially if your RV will spend any time at all stored/unoccupied in sub-freezing temperatures over the winter months.
