There is even a folding grille table with a gas grille and 6 camping chairs to complete your campsite setup. You can tow this unit yourself with almost any standard pickup truck, or we can deliver and set it up for you depending on our availability. Either way, all you need to bring are your clothes, food and the kids. For the benefit of those who will rent the unit after you that may be offended by stale smoke or allergic to pet dander there is a strict NO SMOKING and NO PETS policy. There will be a $500.00 spcial cleaning fee if there is evidence of smoking or pet damage/hair.
This spacious Grey Wolf travel trailer would be a great choice for any family and couple weekend excursion or vacation. It is available for delivery only within 60 miles. It sleeps 9 people comfortably. Two double bunks can comfortably sleep 4 children or 4 snuggling adults. The rap around table converts into a double bed. There is a couch that could sleep another. Storage located under. The front has a double bed with storage located on the sides, above your bed and under the bed. More storage is located in front of the coach. Like new 37 Foot travel trailer with enough room for the entire family. There are two private bedrooms with queen size beds that slide out, the main slideout features a queen size fold out couch and and oversize convertible dinette suitable for two children to sleep on. There is an electric fireplace for taking the chill out on a rainy night, as well as a 35,000 Btu furnace that will keep you warm on even the coldest nights of the season. Escape the hot summer with the ample ducted air conditioner or simply relax under the 21 foot awning. The kitchen comes fully stocked with cookware, plates and utensils, a coffee pot and microwaveable cups and bowls. All you need to bring is the food and condiments - there is plenty of cupboard and refrigerator space for everything you will need to enjoy your campsite without having to run out for supplies! We offer sufficient linens based on the length of your booking, and laundry bags for used towels and such. The bathroom is fully stocked with tissue, and there are trash receptacles and a supply of trash bags for your convenience. This unit has never been smoked in. For the benefit of those who will rent the unit after you there is a strick NO SMOKING policy. Delivery and setup are required as this unit has a tongue weight of 948 pounds and the dry weight is 8431 pounds. We will waive this requirement for seasoned haulers with the proper towing rig at our discretion. This is not the rig to learn to tow with. ADD $8.00 PER MILE ( As measured from 02857 to Destination) Delivery and Setup within 200 miles of 02857. We level the unit, install wheel chocks, hook up water, sewer and electric depending on your choice of campsite. We can provide a generator at cost if you plan to boondock - note that a 50 amp electric unit like this won't run for long on battery power. We provide a full walk-through to familiarize you with the unit and will empty the holding tanks at the end of your booking, if necessary. Welcome to our trailer! This is a 2022 Independence Trail model DBK188. It sleeps 4 adults comfortably however it has a Queen Murphy bed plus the bunks are doubles so 2 kids can fit in each bunk. The trailer features all the modern conveniences you will need for your glamping trip including shower/toilet, wash basin, full kitchen, microwave, 2 ring stove, usb ports, tv with cable hookups plus Wi-Fi hotspot included, fridge freezer, kettle, pots, pans, flatware & cutlery. The outdoor features include and outdoor fridge, Griddle/Grill, outdoor shower & electrical outlets. The electric awning extends/retracts at the touch of a button & has its own led lights to light up your evening. The sounds system has zoned Bluetooth settings to play inside, outside on the outdoor speakers our both. You may have noticed our pup in the images who loves vacationing in our trailer so much that we would like to extend a welcome to your furry family members who you may want to bring with you. We include a full propane tank & all of the items you might need to make your trip run smoothly such as beach chairs, folding table, Tupperware, extra gas outdoor grill, dog gates etc. The Trailer itself is compact however it provides everything you will need for a relaxing stay with air conditioning & heat at the touch of a button. Please note that any rental which is being used at a location that does not have sewer hookups or dump sites for black/grey tanks will need to add on the septic charge of $140. This covers a mobile septic service to empty/flush both tanks on the trailer after use. Guests who are towing the trailer themselves will require a tow hitch with a 2 5/16' ball. We recommend sway bars and If your vehicle does not have towing mirrors we highly recommend the removable clip on type to improve your view when driving/parking the trailer. We will deliver & setup the trailer, water, electric and sewer where available within the delivery radius so all you have to do is bring your luggage & stock the fridge.
