The sweetest little camper right in the heart of Tennessee's beautiful countryside of rivers and lakes! This new 2021 Jayco Jay Flight is perfect for couples or smaller families. Weighing in at 3750lbs. it can easily be towed by smaller trucks or SUVs yet it's 21' length carries plenty of conveniences. It's clean modern style gives it a classy but homey feel. The luxurious queen bed with memory foam mattress , double bunks, and table that folds into a bed can sleep up to five. It boasts a cute kitchen complete with range, microwave, mini fridge and freezer. The bathroom has both a tub and a shower. Furnished with a TV, DVD player, and Bluetooth speakers inside and out. It's 10' awning with LED outdoor lights and the included folding table makes an awesome spot for relaxing, food and drinks, and camaraderie. Optional camp chairs and portable grill complete the experience! We supply "extras" such as cookware, tableware, kitchen utensils, dish soap, washcloths etc. to keep your vacation exciting and enjoyable! Fresh linens, (sheets, spare sheets, comforter, blankets, pillows, and towels) will be provided for a fee. Propane refills are available. Please keep this tiny home on wheels clean and pet free for the next happy campers! $30 fee if returned overly dirty. $150 fee if pet sign or hair are present. No smoking please! $150 fee if sign/odor of smoking is detected. It is your responsibility to empty the gray water and black water tanks. You will be charged a $60 service fee if the gray/black water tanks are not empty upon return. Thank you for caring for our little "Sweet"! This 31.5 ft RV has a well-thought-out design that provides sleeping accommodations for up to 10 people. It has plenty of kitchen space as well as an outdoor kitchen for preparing your favorite dishes. The bathroom has an exterior door which we find very convenient. The AC is ice cold for those hot summer nights and there is an electric fireplace that provides warmth and ambiance if you get chilly. The trailer is ready for you to arrive with your clothes and favorite foods. We have tried to stock the trailer with everything else we foresee you needing to make your experience as stress-free as possible.
This brand new 2021 Cherokee Wolf Pup will make all of your dreams come true. Want to have an adventure but aren't feeling like a tent? Does your family want comfort and convenience while still being able to sit by the campfire? Are your kids warming up to the outdoors but still want to be a bit connected (you know they want their devices!)? Do you need a smaller camper that is CRAZY easy to pull? Does this sound like you? If so you will LOVE this camper. The Wolf Pup can sleep up to 6 with a queen bed for the adults (with a privacy curtain), bunk beds, and a dinette that even I can stretch out in. Really. Of course we know you want to do more than sleep so there is also a Smart TV, USB ports everywhere, and plenty of storage space for all your toys, gadgets, or whatever you take when you head out into the woods. There is heat for the cool times and a powerful AC for the hot summer days down here in the south. We also allow dogs up to 25 pounds! On top of this the camper has a fully stocked kitchen with microwave, propane stove, a HUGE fridge, utensils, plates/cups/silverware, and (bc you need to wake up in the morning) a coffee maker. Don't worry about linens because we have you covered there as well (without charging you more $ for them!). One last thing, there's a hot shower just waiting for you in the bathroom...and one outside as well to hose off the grubby kids, sand, or whatever needs a good spraying. Not to be outdone by the amenities that are included I feel like I should mention that the camper is, frankly, gorgeous. You won't find a nicer small camper on the road! We are the Flowers family and we want to invite you to our one of a kind travel trailer. Our camper is extremely light and can be towed by almost any vehicle. Our Coleman has premium upgraded mattresses for an amazing night sleep. We also include everything you will need to get the camper set up quick and easy once you arrive at your site. We strive ourselves on taking the time to walk you through the setup and features of the camper to make sure your trip is relaxing and enjoyable. We have experience with many campers and this one is by far the most relaxing of them all. Driving to the site is a breeze with its ultra lite design, backing the camper in to a spot is extremely easy with its minimal length, Electric jack and awning set up effort less, supplies organized and separated into individual bins for ease of access, ice cold A/C in the summer and warm and toasty fire place in the winter. Every aspect of our camper is geared toward making sure your trip is relaxing and enjoyable. When booking make sure to add-on your bed set requirements so we will include them in the camper prior to your departure. The bed sets are free but we include them as add-ons to make sure you have ample storage for any other items needed. We are happy to welcome pets, with a few rules. Please make sure any pets left in the trailer are securely crated when left alone. Pets must also be potty trained and trusted by their owners.
It's a 26ft class c it's complete with generator and everything you need if you want to be off beaten path the only thing you have to bring is pillows we used it to do marathons all over united states but now we're going to have to start flying

No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the RV, any evidence will be subject to a $1000 "additional" cleaning fee. This allows for ozone treatment. 2. All “optional fees” are optional unless task is not done prior to return. RV should be returned in the same condition as it was at the time it was rented out i.e. full gas tank, full propane, grey and black tank emptied and flushed out. 3. No off road travels or out of country locations permitted. 4. No walking, sitting, standing, or lounging on top of the roof. 5. NO-Pets allowed, any evidence will be subject to a $1000 "additional" fee. 6. ONLY use biodegradable, RV and marine type bath tissue that we supply or that you have. 7. Ensure all doors, cabinets and drawers are closed and locked before driving RV (this includes all undercarriage compartments, refrigerator, overhead vents in hallway and bathroom, bathroom doors, master bedroom door, etc.) to avoid damage while the RV is in motion. 8. Refuel Policy: RV should be returned with (at least) the same amount of gas provided at pick up, or renters will be subject to $50 refuel fee plus actual fuel cost. 9. Dumping Policy: Renter is responsible for emptying both gray and black (septic) tanks before returning RV to owner. Failure to do so will result in a $199 dumping fee. Empty Black first, then Grey, then flush out tanks. 10. Towing Policy: Please let us know in advance if you plan to tow anything behind the RV during the rental period. You must bring your own flat-towing equipment and tow weight must not exceed 5,000 lbs. Renter must bring all other compatible equipment to tow their personal vehicle and it is required that you have a braking system installed in your towed vehicle. We keep the hitches locked at all times to prevent misuse. We charge a flat $200 tow fee. 11. Appliances: The A/C, slide-out(s), generator, awning, radio, microwave, stove, oven, television, etc. are convenience items. If any malfunctions should occur with any of these items, NO compensation will be made to you. For assistance, you are advised to consult the informational material in the RV or contact us. 12. RV Content: Renters agree to return the RV with all original contents in place to include any and all convenience items, inventory items, and any optional items requested in this rental agreement. When renters are away from RV, all doors including undercarriage should remain locked to prevent theft and overhead vents in bathroom and hallway should be closed to prevent water damage in the event of rain. Awning should not be opened during strong winds or while away from RV to prevent damage. If any inventory items are damaged or missing at the time of the delivery, renter risks forfeiture of some or all of the security deposit, at the owner’s discretion. 13. There will be no refunds for early returns. Please inform us in advance if you plan to return early or if you are running late. Any drop-off after 11am CST will result in additional charges per number 15 below. It is inadequate to perform drop-off inspections in the dark as it does not allow for a proper visual inspection. Please plan your travel accordingly to meet pick-up and drop-off times. 14. Extending Rental Dates. You are responsible for reviewing this Agreement to ensure that all rentals costs and rental dates are correct. If you wish to extend the rental period, you must call us for approval. If you do not return at the scheduled drop-off time on the scheduled Rental Period End Date and you have not called us for approval to extend the rental period, you will be charged additional rental day(s), and any inconvenience fees incurred by the next renter. Please remember that our units are usually booked by other families picking up as quickly as the next day. 15. Late fee of $125 for up to 5pm on scheduled return day. Returns after 5pm will be an additional night’s charge in addition to the $125 late fee. All late returns are subject to owner availability. 16. By taking possession of this rental you agree that you were given the full walk-through of the RV and have found that everything with the vehicle is found to be acceptable, is as advertised, and in proper working order. You also agree that the services you purchased are considered rendered upon your pre-departure inspection of the vehicle, signing of this contract, and leaving with the vehicle to start your reserved rental dates.
