This beauty is equipped with a tankless hot water heater, automatic leveling, microwave/convection oven combo, and a combination induction and gas range. For traveling, there are 7 seatbelts and 2 child seat anchors. There is plenty of storage inside and outside the RV in convenient storage compartments. There is also a luggage rack provided at no extra cost if you still need extra room for all your adventure gear! You will find a plush queen size bed in the master and an ample bathroom with entrances from either the hallway or the master bedroom. In addition to the master, there are bunks in the hallway, a large bed over the cab, and a convertible dinette and jackknife sofa for extra sleeping capacity. We supply linens as needed for your group size, place settings for 8, stemware for 4 (more if needed), non-stick cookware, cooking utensils, knives, coffee maker, hand mixer, blender, toaster, and empty kitchen bins for easy organization. We also provide two small indoor fans. Outside, you will have an area rug, 10X10 pop-up shelter for shade and rain, 4 oversized camping chairs, outside cook stove and table, large fan, and trash bin. There are 2 Bluetooth radios, 2 Blue-Ray/DVD players, and 5 televisions (4 inside and 1 outside). Note: We do not allow off road use, and we require that the RV be parked on gravel or paved surfaces only.

The kitchen offers 2 refrigerators, built in microwave, and table. The bedroom has a king size bed, with plenty of closet room. Huge outdoor space with 2 large awnings.

Enjoy a great camper with all the amenities and enough space to sleep the family. Indoor kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need from pots, pans, toasters, and coffee makers, to silverware, plates, and cups (Just provide your own paper products). This home away from home is equipped with a queen size bed in a private master bedroom and a bunk room with 3 bunk beds! The dining table and couch will lay down for even more sleeping space if needed! Sheets are provided . All you will need are your own blankets and pillows. Towels, washcloths, and kitchen towels as well as toilet paper are all provided. We can include camping chairs and a fire ring at no extra charge. Delivery and setup/ tear down are included in delivery fee. I also offer grocery pickup, and a generator can be included for an additional fee (renter provides gas). This is a very large and heavy camper (40')so it is available for delivery only. I will deliver and set it up at your campground or requested location. When making your reservation at the campground ensure they know it is 40' long with slideouts on both sides and requires 50 amp power. I will deliver/pickup to any campgrounds within 150 miles of Kingston TN. The delivery charge is $150.00 minimum for first 50 miles and $3.00 per mile after. Cozy and luxurious camper! Living Room, Kitchen and Bedroom all have slideouts. Features items like full size double door refrigerator, large kitchen sink, 4 recliner couch with heat and massage, King-size bed, TVs in living room, bedroom, garage and outside. It also includes 2 outdoor Zero-G chairs and rug. The camper will sleep up to 8; it has a King Bed in the master and 2 Queen Beds in the garage, a loft bunk and of course the comfy couch. The garage can be used as a bedroom at night and then transformed to additional casual space with a patio during the day. The camper also comes with all your basic cooking and eating utensils as well as pots, skillet, sheet pans, dinnerware and cups. It also has a coffee pot that brews single cups as well as pots. Bathroom will have 6 bath towels, wash clothes, hand towels and 4 Beach Towels. All requested beds will come with pillows and linens but we ask that you please bring a sleeping bag if you plan on using the loft bed. This fifth wheel toy hauler also is equipped with on-board 5200 watt generator and 60 gal fuel tank with pump for all your motorized toys. I can also include a gas grill/griddle combo for $50.

Our beautiful RV comes fully furnished and ready for you. We do all the work for you, so all you have to do is show up and have a great time!! The RV features a queen master suite, four bunk beds in the back bedroom and the sofa and dinette also fold down to a bed. We know what a chore it is to pack up your kitchen for vacation, so we took the liberty of stocking this one up for you!!! Pots/pans, plates, bowls, cups etc…. It’s all there!!! We love our coffee and thought you might too, so there will be a keurig there stocked with some of our favorite k cups!!! There is also an outdoor kitchen for those that like to be outdoors as much as possible. The blue LED lights are a cool feature and work as an excellent night light, especially if you have little ones in the back bedroom. If you have maxed out on outdoor activities for the day and want to come in and relax, the TV is there waiting for you to enjoy. Cozy up by the electric fireplace with a nice cup of warm coffee. The bedroom has a residential queen sized bed (it is a tight squeeze, however we enjoy the extra leg room)and an actual door vs. curtains. The delivery charge also includes set up. Your children and pets will be begging to camp more often!The couches make a bed, which is actually quite comfortable. Although technically it sleeps 4, if your children are small, it’ll definitely sleep more. The toy hauler portion is big enough for dirt bikes, golf cart, 4 wheelers and some sxs. Switch sleeping arrangements with the kids and enjoy the patio until the wee hours of the night without fear of waking the littles. No fee for dumping the tanks!! No cleaning fees!

This is our 2015 Prowler Bunkhouse with two slides. Our camper features a queen bedroom in the front and a bunk room in the back. The middle of the camper has a kitchen (fridge/freezer, oven, stove, full sink and microwave) sofa bed and dining table that transforms into a bed. There is a bathroom with a shower for convenience as well. This camper can fit 7 people. On rainy days enjoy indoor card/board games or watching television with a television located in the bunk room, living room/bedroom (TV flips to either room you would like it to be in). ***bookings and longer terms can also be discounted*** Fresh sanitized linens (please let us know if you will be using the sofa sleeper or dining table bed), towels, wash cloths, cups, coffee cups, plates, bowls, silverware, cooking utensils, Marshmallow sticks, lighter, can opener, wine opener, beer bottle opener, coffee pot, pots and pans are supplied. Along with a couple rolls of RV toilet paper, dish soap, 1 paper towel roll, a couple trash bags and cleaner for the camper. Camping chairs, pack n play, towel rack and shoe rack can be added at no charge upon request.
