Yatzeli’s trailer is in excellent condition and super clean! It sleeps comfortably 4 people if needed. It has a queen bed and the dining table that turns into another bed! Perfect for a family of 4 or even for a romantic getaway! When you rent our amazing trailer, we will provide with a nice starting kit for your camping/adventure trip! Hot cocoa, snacks for the little ones, cups, utensils, pots and pans, toilet paper, etc.! Also, this trailer is fully loaded with technology! It has solar panels, two batteries, room with upgraded queen bed (tempur-pedic mattress), we added an extra inflatable mattress just in case you need more space to sleep comfortably! Full bathroom, complete kitchen, stereo with speakers inside and out! Jacks, awning and porch lights! We also providing with two nice camping chairs! Tons of storage space for all your adventure gears! Not to mentioned that we have water heater and air conditioner fully working!!! This trailer has all the bells and whistles! IMPORTANT MSG! The trailer is cleaned and sanitized before and after each and every trip! We pause rentals for at least 48hrs in between rentals to make sure the trailer is ready for the next adventure! We like to live life adventurously as a family, so we hope you do the same with yours. Please bring extra linens, blankets, pillows, towels, etc. Just to be safe due to the pandemic we all in. Pick up and drop off is at 4pm Monday-Thursday, please make arrangements for a more flexible pick up and delivery Friday-Sunday. Please allow 30 mins to pick up and drop off to make sure we set up everything for you and make it easier on you for your trip! When you rent our Fam-Bam RV you will enjoy some quality time with your friends and family like if you were right at home, so comfortable, specious and cozy! With tons of storage, includes one queen bed in master bedroom with storage underneath and drawers, full walk in shower with storage space in the bathroom area, a sofa bed with tons of storage underneath including an air mattress for extra sleeping space, then it has a dinette that turns into a full bed that would be able to sleep two people. It has all entertainment needed! It has Indoor/outdoor speakers with subwoofer, and 32 in flat screen TV with a DVD included! LED lights that change colors on the living room area!Full kitchen with gas stove and oven underneath! But that’s not all, it includes an outdoor grill with all utensils and tools to barbecue! Electric stabilizers, Electric tongue jack, Electric awning to save you tons of work and time! Cold A/C and hot heat with ducted unit 2 electric slide outs (1 for living area) (2 for huge closet in master bedroom) Full Fridge that works great! Shower and toilet all work perfect! Your perfect escape! Forest Rivers Vibe 34BH is the roomiest and feels airy and open with two slide outs in the living room and one slide out in the bunk room. It sleeps 6-8 people comfortably. The living room couch pulls out into a full size bed. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the bunk room has two upper loft twin size beds and the couch in the bunk area folds out into a full size bed. The queen size bed has a 3 inch memory foam mattress and the bunk room floor full size bed also has a 3 inch memory foam being held under the camper storage area. There are two outdoor fridges and one outdoor tv, an awning and radio or bluetooth speakers for entertainment. This camper will have everything you need from cook wear to linens and towels will be supplied. Come enjoy the great outdoors in our brand new RV!

It is fully loaded with everything you need to enjoy life on the road or a stay at your favorite campground: cookware/dinnerware, linens, pillows, camping chairs, outdoor kitchen, tailgate smoker, single cup Keurig, TV in the bedroom (with Roku) and living area, etc. (maybe more upon request)! In the cozy master bedroom that has a new residential size queen bed mattress with its own entrance from the outside. Cabinets and drawers on both sides of the bed and a second A/C unit for the master bedroom. The living area has 2 massage and heated recliners. 42 inch LCD TV, DVD player with a selection of DVDs. Radio with Bluetooth that can play music or tv audio inside, outside or both. A cozy electric fireplace that can be used with or with the heat on. We like to keep the light on at night just as a night light. The table and benches seat 4 people and can be made into a bed to sleep 2 additional people. The kitchen has an island where the sink is located along with extra counter space to prepare meals. The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, cups, bowls, utensils, and most things you would need for cooking. We also keep stocked in the kitchen pantry a Keurig coffee maker and small blender. The bathroom is equipped with hot water shower, bidet on toilet. Towels and wash cloths are all included as well. While outside, you will enjoy our outdoor kitchen that includes 2 gas burners, an outdoor refrigerator, electric griddle and electric burner. Also an assortment of grilling utensils. There are 2 spray ports that can be used to rinse off, one on the back and the one on the side has hot water as well. At night there are LED lights above the doors and on the front of the camper. If there are any special requests or questions about other items let us know! What’s Included: Bedding for all beds, 6 towels, 6 washcloths, all kitchen utensils, starter set of paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, and rv toilet paper. In the outdoor kitchen we have a second refrigerator, gas burners, electric griddle, and grilling tools. Outdoor table, hammock, games, and 2 chairs all included. Add Ons: $30/ day - 3500w Generator includes 6 hrs/day. Additional hours billed at $4/hr on return $100/Trip - Adult E Bike and Charger. This bike is fun and easy to ride. Battery last all day. Must bring your own helmet. $50/ trip-Inflatable Kayak 2 person. Must bring your own life vest $25/ per trip- 10x10 pop up canopy $200- Pipe Clog Fee- Do not flush anything other than RV toilet paper. Only charged if we have to get it unclogged to dump. $300- Deep Cleaning Fee- Deep cleaning for unit returned in poor condition or needs more than regular cleaning. $500- If unit is smoked in or found to have pets in it, there is a $500 cleaning fee for violation of this rule. $50-Dump fee- If you choose to stay at a location without sewer hookups and the tanks are not empty by end of rental period you are responsible for a $50 Dump fee due at end of rental. If you want us to come dump during your rental we may be able to work something out as well. RULES No smoking inside the RV. No pets. No climbing on the roof without contacting us first. You are responsible for refilling propane tanks should you run out. We provide 2 full tanks upon the beginning of your stay. The black water tank is 45 gallon, the fresh water tank is 52 gallon, the grey water tanks combined are 90 gallon, propane is 2 40lb tanks, and hot water heater tank is 6 gallon electric and propane. Booking must have at minimum 30A hookup or be rented with one of our generators. Insurance DOES NOT COVER AWNING or any awning parts. Use of awning is not allowed and will be disabled. Any and all damage to the awning while in your possession is the responsibility of the renter. Most damage to awnings exceed the deposit amount. Any fees charged at the end of the rental will include a service fee that it charged by RVezy
