The huge outdoor awning and included folding chairs make for a relaxing time outside to drink coffee, read a book or watch the kids play! We are a dog friendly family and love to take our fur babies camping with us so dogs will be considered on a case by case basis. No other animals allowed. Included with rental are camping chairs, tree hammock, extra propane tanks, portable bbq, outdoor games, fun family board games, kitchen essentials for cooking and eating, tools needed for full hookups, tools needed to empty sewage. A checklist for setting up at the start of your trip and for disconnecting and shutting everything down properly at the end of your trip and info for working everything will be provided. All linens and toiletries are up to renter to provide. PETS - Only dogs are allowed and will be considered on a case by case bases. Any damage inside or outside from your dog(s) or urine/feces in camper may result in a loss of deposit. This is a non smoking/drug free trailer. If trailer is returned smelling or showing that use of cigarettes, marijuana or drugs of any kind were used may result in a loss of deposit. Festivals are considered on a case by case bases. Trailer is expected to be returned in the same condition as it was picked up. A full walk through with renter will be performed at pick up and a full walk through with renter at end of trip will be performed. Any damage/lack of cleaning will result in loss of some or all deposit.
