I've been renting my trailer out for a couple years now and had a 2016 and a new 2023. There is every amenity you can imagine; real roomy, a lot of storage, a queen size bed, and a set of bunkbeds, a large shower! Sleeps 6 My goal is to have a trailer with almost everything that you need ready for your rental with no extra charges like other rentals!!!! The trailer is ready to roll on your next vacation. Wake up by the lake, ocean, under a canopy of majestic Redwoods, riverside, or on the top of a mountain, your choice. The only thing standing between today and new memories is you! There is one television. It also contains; three burner outdoor stove, 6 camping chairs. Comes with the sheets for bed, 4 pillows, coffee maker, toaster, basic dishes, plates, pans, pots, cups, and etc. We have that covered. I also have an equalizer hitch with sway bars for safe towing included. You'll be on your way to adventure in no time! Trailer is always clean so I expect it back the same way, Thanks. Cleaning fee will be added on if left dirty: $150 Comes with three propane tanks that are filled up. Need to be filled up upon return or I can do so and you will be billed for the usage. Very family friendly spacious travel trailer! We keep our trailer very clean and regularly maintenanced! Doing a deep clean and 360 inspection before every rental! The spacious kitchen, wrap around booth dinning table that seats 6 adults comfortably, cozy bunk beds, full bathroom and outdoor shower make this the perfect trailer for your family's camping adventures! The huge outdoor awning and included folding chairs make for a relaxing time outside to drink coffee, read a book or watch the kids play! We are a dog friendly family and love to take our fur babies camping with us so dogs will be considered on a case by case basis. No other animals allowed. Included with rental are camping chairs, tree hammock, extra propane tanks, portable bbq, outdoor games, fun family board games, kitchen essentials for cooking and eating, tools needed for full hookups, tools needed to empty sewage. A checklist for setting up at the start of your trip and for disconnecting and shutting everything down properly at the end of your trip and info for working everything will be provided. All linens and toiletries are up to renter to provide. PETS - Only dogs are allowed and will be considered on a case by case bases. Any damage inside or outside from your dog(s) or urine/feces in camper may result in a loss of deposit. This is a non smoking/drug free trailer. If trailer is returned smelling or showing that use of cigarettes, marijuana or drugs of any kind were used may result in a loss of deposit. Festivals are considered on a case by case bases. Trailer is expected to be returned in the same condition as it was picked up. A full walk through with renter will be performed at pick up and a full walk through with renter at end of trip will be performed. Any damage/lack of cleaning will result in loss of some or all deposit.
