Original owner new travel trailer. Very clean. Only 3285 lbs. wet. Sleeps 3 full size humans or 2 grown ups and 2 kids. Has deep cycle batteries and a propane/electric fridge so it can go several days on its own power. Also has a power awning and indoor/outdoor bluetooth audio with USB ports for charging devices.
Very convenient location! Close to fuel, groceries, I-15, I-80 and I-215 exits. Wide, flat driveway on a quiet street for easy pickup and drop off.

What a delightful mobile basecamp to explore Utah's backcountry with!
Dave's trailer's got everything you need and nothing you don't, it's easy to tow, and is generously equipped with all the little doo-dads you might need to make towing a trailer easy. Propane lasts forever, as do the batteries. Fridge/freezer combo works fantastic even on propane, and the gas heater is a lovely treat on a cold mountain morning.
Dave's a great guy to deal with, too. Quick to respond, and very accommodating.
Can't wait to rent this trailer again soon!

David and Jill have a fantastic little camper that was shockingly manueverable and easy to tow to our destination.
David was prompt at responding to any questions I had and gave a very thorough walk through of how to set up and use everything.
For the size/weight of the camper, it's packed full of creature comforts and would be eazy to use for a novice trailer camper.
Pick up & drop off were a breeze as the trailer is located on a nice wide street and parked in a wide, flat driveway. Even for someone with limited towing experience, I had no difficulty getting it in to place on return.
All in all, I'd definitely recommend booking this camper if it meets your needs.
